The place was nice and clean...the waitress who served us was very nice and courteous the food on the other hand wasn't the best...the pizza was so so...I ordered some wings and they were not fully cooked at all...and I was only served drumsticks no flat pieces at all...don't remember how many wings it was but we got 10 to 12 drumsticks nothing else...and it was undercooked I told them that I didn't want them at all...they were courteous enough to refry them completely and not charge us for the wings which then turned out a little overcooked...smh...I don't think I will be returning...other reviews gave them a 4.6 I don't know I guess we went there on an off day...smh

Pizza dough did not even rise when they tried to work with it. It was misshapen and tasted terrible. The tomato sauce brand they chose is cheap in the mozzarella’s cheap too. This pizza is so bad it’s not even worth a picture.

Ordered our food tonight and it was so so burnt! We got chicken fingers and both orders were burnt and so we're the fries. The food came quick but again burnt. So disappointing especially for close to 40bucks!

We’ve been trying several different pizza spots around town but always come back to this place. They have so much variety and a selection of white pizza’s (which are my fave). When we have out of town guests we usually order from here and people are always complimenting it. I usually order online but my father went in one day and talked to the owners and came back saying how nice they were. Pizza Italia is our go to!

First time ordering, chicken parm dinner and lasagna dinner. Chicken parm was made with very thin cutlet without cheese and it sat on top of ziti.Lasagna was strictly lasagna noodles in sauce with a lot of mozzarella on top. So layers of noodle with no ricotta in between and the bottom layer was burnt brown. Waaaay too much mozzarella on top. Sauce was ok. Salads that came with the meal were ok and bread that came with it was ok.I may give it one more try but maybe order grinders instead. Give the benefit of doubt..

Kid-friendliness: Awesome with my daughter everytime I am ordering on the phone & also when I am grabbing the pizza from the 3rd floor and having to walk all the way down! The drivers are always so helpful, playful & kind with my daughter & I! Awesome people & food!!!
