Saw the manager pick her nose with her 2” nails then reach into the fruit bin. Immediately cancelled my order. They shot me evil looks the whole way out. Nobody on staff was trained in sanitation practices and they could not care less that they lost our business. I am connected with the health department (unbeknownst to them) they will be making an appearance by Monday. Good luck coming out from this one guys 🤙

If you don’t mind unsanitary and unsafe food/drink handling this is the place for you. Wish I could give 0 stars. Not only do things sit out of temp, employee was wiping nose all over her face and touching food and equipment. Canceled our order. Management and health dept. should take notice. Overshadowed the lackluster customer service that’s for sure. No thanks.

They care about their customers. I had order the night before but my car broke down and wasn’t able to make it in time before the closed. When I called the next day and asked if could get a refund or get the same order again. They couldn’t do a refund but offered to give my order again with 30% discount. I was happy with that option because i understand it’s a business but they understood my issue too. Definitely gain a customer and the bowls and shakes was amazing. Thanks robeks

We went for 3 Açai bowls and i asked for 1 without honey and got all 3 with honey it was also mushy and watery.

The building is SO HOT. I went in last week and it was so hot I left before I could even order. I went back in today thinking it would be fixed and it was still like 100 degrees. I don't know how you let your employees work in these conditions. It's a shame, I'm a good customer, I come in two or three times a week with my kids and even their friends, I spend a lot of money here but I won't be back, at least until after summer.

Amazing smoothie taste so well-blended, healthy, and tasty. I no longer go to Jamba Juice. This review is for San Diego location.

The customer service I received here was so disappointing. Would never spend my money here again. I bought two large p nut powers. I paid for them they start making them, and I notice the protein content on that shake is not as high as the one that is called the 800 pound gorilla. While she is still the shakes i ask if she could add the same protein content as the 800 pound gorilla shake that I would pay the difference.
The girls tell me that they didn't do anything wrong on their end I could not change the shakes once they have already started it. So I said that I wanted a refund and they denied that as well.
They lost a loyal customer for lack of doing a little extra work, so they had more time to sit around and hang out and talk to one another.
Now I just go to other locations of the same franchise, which
I know their priority is for a customer to be happy.

Love the smoothies, but your workers (horrible) we come into the store it’s 3:41pm their just staring while we’re looking at the menus no good afternoon, hi, do we need help, nothing and just to remind you there are 3 workers (2 females and one male) and the place isn’t busy AT ALL. All there doing is staring and eating while you enter the place very unprofessional and it’s not welcoming at all if there was another protein smoothie place closer to where i live i would go there but as for now this would sadly be my last visit here it’s not the first time that this has happened with the same workers this is my third time. You guys need to hire better workers.
