We order from Sergio’s every Friday night and we live 3 towns away. We can’t get enough of your cheese pizza! Delivery is amazing and ordering is easy. Thanks all!

Just stopped for a 2 slices no one in the place . The person who took my order was just sitting at a table when I came in. I asked for 2 pepperoni slices and he vanished around to the back came out about 10 minutes later with slices in a box never saw them until after I paid and left. They were some on the worst pizza I have had way to much cheese couldn't taste the sauce and way over cooked. I will not be going back!!

Great service atmosphere was order and picked up but looked clean and sociable.
The food was okay would have liked a crisper crunch to pizza maybe cooked a little longer would have done more and 12 slice cut isn't imo very good 8 slice large would seem better. In the end food was good and worth ordering again.

This has become our go-to place for pizza, and they have a point system for saving money on toppings or pizzas. Will be returning
The Sergio's Salads a must try. Always good food and fast delivery.

I wish I could of taken a better picture. I ordered a turkey grinder with lettuce tomatoes oil vinegar all that good fixins and got turkey n Cheese and barely any lettuce! I was so disappointed 😞 I ordered this through doordash so I was unable to get any resolution but a credit for 4 dollars. I dont think I'll order again.

There are A-LOT of pizza places in and near Bristol. We decided to give this one a try outside our usual and we have mixed reviews on it.
The food is just OK. I can’t really say too much about it as it’s just really basic and just lacks what you would expect.
The atmosphere is dull. I would never eat inside, strictly take out.
The guy working was nice, seemed like the owner but unsure. The price of everything was good which is a plus in today’s world.
Overall again just an OK experience. Do not need to go back.

I’ve had to think about how to do up this review and to what I would score it, not just based on them but to not base it off other places, but it’s tough to compete with other places and still stand/grade on its own. Firstly..I heard about it because someone posted on a Bristol Talks page about them catering a party and how great the food was and the portions they got. I’m sure it was…maybe it wasn’t the same cook..maybe it was and Sundays are different..I really don’t know. This was my first time here.
Parking - Located on Stafford Avenue, depending on the direction you’re driving, you have to pass the sign and go in the next driveway. There’s plenty of parking…if the other stores in it aren’t too busy. Small curb, but there is a ramp as well so if you need to get in via wheelchair, you can.
Food - I got a Sausage and Pepper dinner over ziti. You got a small salad with dressing; which is same size as everyone else gives..you got a pretty good size meal but couple issues…WHEN comping to all the other establishments in the area. 1) Bread..as you can see in the picture, the garlic bread was literally the size of 2 bites and it was gone..so no dunking in the sauce unlike Empire, Max, etc where you get a huge slice of garlic bread. 2) The sauce..when I was finished with the meal (to go), it had a ton of water meaning that the sauce they use..gets watered down at some point, as opposed to using sauce. (Again..I want sauce with pasta and bread to dip it in..that’s the whole experience of getting a pasta).
Service - Guy behind the counter was easy to talk to when ordering, brought the food out when it was finished.
Will I go back again? Prices were reasonable..there’s no doubt it about it. But they were pretty much the same as the other places in Bristol, Plainville, Southington, etc. I’d honestly give them another chance…but will I go out of my way? Sadly…no. There’s just so many other places to choose from in the area that to me anyway that hit a triple or a HR. On a 1-5…I’d say 3.8.
