Long wait time. Not great but I can deal with it. Ordered a popcorn chicken meal with a coke. Popcorn chicken was easily a day or 2 old and was just reheated. Really dry and tough. Ordered a coke with it. Got a Diet Coke. I pointed it out to the worker in the drive through and was told āoh yeah we aināt got no more cokeāā¦. Could have just told me when I ordered and I would have gotten a root beer or somethingā¦ š¤·š»āāļø wonāt be back

LONGEST drive thru line ever. We spent 15 mins after ordering in line with only 2 cars ahead of us, when we got to the window the cashier couldnāt even count the money and told my husband we were short $10 so we had to help him count to show we in fact gave him $20 over the amount due. Never got a receipt and the the was cold by the time we got it AND they missed half our order so we had to go back around and wait another 15 minsā¦ again.

We stopped going to Sonic a long time ago because the food is so disappointing but we decided to give it another chance today. Very bad idea. The fries n popcorn chicken were so old and hard. You can tell their oil was old and hasnāt been changed in a while. I dropped a fry on the floor n it shattered like a peice of glass it was so hard. The steak n cheese was dry. The bread was stale. Everything was so gross and disappointing except for the milkshake. A waste of $35. I really donāt know how they are still open for business smh.

This restaurant is the worst in Bristol, you will be stuck in the drive through for a minimum of 30 minutes also expect your order to be wrong or missing items, EVERY time I order here in missing over half the order. Shut this place down
This place needs to shut down once and for all. Absolutely disgraceful representation of the Sonic brand. Out of stock items. Undercooked food. Barely working stalls. Slow service. Zero good management. The owner is 100% absent. I requested to speak to management 4 weeks ago after the 4th straight issue with this location. Have received nothing . No text. Call back. Nothing. In the words of Gordon Ramsayā¦ ā SHUT IT DOWN!ā

To my understanding this Sonic closes at 11pm. I arrived in the drive through on 1/8/25 at 10:40pm and sat at the spot to place my order for 20 minutes, never hearing from a single employee. I called for assistance over the microphone and I even did a lap around the building to see if anyone was even working. The lights and everything were on, but no sign of life. They should have just kept this place an Arby's.

We went to the drive up outside kiosk to order to give my grandson the whole Sonic experience. No one ever answered!! So we went to the drive thru, also took time before they took our order. There was no one in line but we waited over 10 minutes for our food, 2 kids meals ( 1 chix, 1 burger) and a # 1 and a side of pickle fries. The only thing that came out hot was the pickle fries. The restaurant also looks like itās closed something covering the windows. Very disappointed.
