No one came to the speaker or let us know that it was closed. Long wait time. Missing and wrong items... I wish i had checked the reviews before stopping because they all say the same thing. Staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. And asking for buffalo sauce for the chicken. Which they didn't realize they had. Clearly whoever is in charge of this doesn't read reviews. And the link to corporate just gives a number to text.

Service is trash! I ordered my ice cream, Their debt card machine wasn’t workin, so I was short 3 cent in cash and they gave me a hard time. It’s all cool, I won’t be back !

Tried to do mobile order for pick-up twice in the past week and both times the check-in didn't work nor did the drive up stalls. Had to go through the drive thru both times. First night it took 15 minutes of sitting in the drive thru for the order to be incorrect and the fries were definitely sitting in hot holding for far too long. You cannot enter the building or even see inside, and that seems a little weird and unusual for a food place. The employees seemed miserable. The town could use a better restaurant there.

In all seriousness who ever is reading this and considering coming to this building and sending money call your therapist because your loosing it. I don’t even live in Bristol but I know don’t ever go to this location unless you want to wait 20 minutes for one slushie. Nevermind how long it would take to get actual food i don’t know. I worked in fast food and I hate when people say that but it really shouldn’t be that hard to get food and drinks out the window. This establishment is definitely going to go out of business. Hire competent people not idiots. Fast food isn’t that hard. It’s the people running your store making it go out of business.

Why is this place even called Sonic it should be changed to Turtle. This place needs to be replaced with McDonald’s I am not waiting on a 5 course meal at a fancy restaurant this is fast food.
