This is a take out only location. That being said, the food usually is prepared to order and they do a decent job preparing it. Overall, it's not a bad choice for a quick stop meal.

I experienced very poor customer service at this location. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, I was threatened with having my order canceled instead of receiving help. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I have everything recorded on my dash cam and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB regarding this incident. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

Went there to to get smash burgers so I got a double smashburger cheese with bacon with a order of tots we got another All American smash meal with tots and a strawberry ice cream sundae the food came pretty quick it was done through to drive through the service I thought was okay the food was decent but I've been reading all the other people and what they write about this place it's like two good ones out of every 10 bad ones that's very sad for a business

Horrible service. I placed a mobile order on the app, checked in, waited 20 minutes and no one came with my order. The drive through line was at a 20 plus minute stand still. Ownership needs to step up here and improve the service as it appears to be a common issue.
