expensive foot longs! subs can exceed $20 if you don't have a paper or e-coupon! They now hide the meats under a steel cover to "keep the meats fresh" -which is only partly true, it's to prevent you from seeing the quality or non-quality of the meats! Why don't they use the same plexiglass crystal clear cover they use for the condiments side? a see-through cover would keep the meats just as fresh as a solid metal cover.
All subways do this. Unfortunate for them

I'm not usually one to get mad at people, but the lady making our sandwiches today was just down right rude. I've worked in the food service industry for a good part of my life, and she was just being nasty. She also neglected to tell us that some of the drinks were out because they are switching suppliers. She also made my husband feel very uncomfortable. Me and my husband don't usually like to bother anybody, but this lady needs to be retrained. I would be embarrassed to have her as an employee. I'm never coming back here again and I would recommend people skip this location if they have a subway fix

I am very disappointed with the service I received here at my last visit. The girl charged me twice the amount I paid for the same order only 3 days earlier. When I mentioned this she insisted she was right even though she was not right. She blew me off and had no care at all. I have never had a problem here until this visit and I do not appreciate having to pay double the cost for the same order that I get every time I go. I should of insisted on my money back and left but I had 2 hungry kids that needed to eat dinner. I am not sure that I will go back here or not.

I tried to order a meal a while back through the website, not realizing they go through Doordash to deliver, first mistake. The food was cold and stale when it got to me, the driver was beyond rude and when she was told she forgot an item in my order, refused to go back and get it. I went to the restaurant myself and got more stale food, though it was hot this time. You can't call a customer service number, there isn't one, and when I submitted my issue it took weeks for them to get back to me and basically shrugged it off saying they don't pick the door dash drivers, and tried to pull "were family owned" as though that makes it alright. I spent $80 and in the end got nothing for it. The poor kid all alone in the restaurant was nice when I went in. I will never go to any subway ever again because of this experience. $80 for a rude dasher and a dismissive owner. Keep that in mind if you're ordering here. I don't recommend any food here, it was not handicap accessible, there were no redeeming features to this place.

Might want to consider updating the hours online or making sure workers are aware that you have a few days where you state the store is open at 8. Frustrating when we organized our morning based on these times.

I got a cold cut combo and I know this is true because it’s the only thing I ate the whole day, I went to work. And I had to leave early because I wasn’t feel good. Got home and was throwing up crazy as well as in the middle of the night due to the food they serve here. I’ve never had this problem with this place in the past but it can be due to raw cookie dough, or just not processed foods or old foods that were put on my sub. I would stay away or be very cautious of this place when you go.

I ordered $150.00 worth of sandwiches and a tray of assorted cookies for a party. When I got home, we noticed that we were given 36 chocolate chip cookies and not assorted like we had ordered. When we called the store to let them know, the woman named Kaylee wanted us to bring back as many chocolate cookies as we could and exchange them for different kinds of cookies. She stated that, "She needed to exchange the cookies because she won't have anymore cookies, so we needed to swap cookies". We did not exchange the cookies because it is unsanitary to take cookies that had left the store and bring them back to sell them to other customers. The woman was very rude on the phone and guaranteed me that corporate wouldn't care. I will be making a call to corporate and to the department of public health because no one should be trying to resell food items that have left the store. I would be cautious of this Subway.
