Food and atmosphere was a good. But a lady that delivered my order was very angry and looking rude for no reason because Ai was just picking up my order. She may had a bad day at work but still needs to be nice with customers.

Absolutely fantastic takeout service. Easy online ordering process, delivery options, phenomenal finished product. My dogs are calling for 5 stars too, due to their adorable yogurt and peanut butter pup cups. Thank you Tropical Smoothie!!

I had gone into grab a smoothie after work, I was tired and accidentally ordered the wrong drink because I kinda blanked. I asked to change my order and the girl there blended my drink for like 8 seconds and then handed it to me. It has large ice chunks and it had full pieces of fruit in it, making me unable to drink it with a straw. She didn't put my white chocolate in it either... I haven't ever had an issue with this location before so I'm kinda shocked at this. Damn shame. If I'm paying 10 dollars for a smoothie, I could at least hope it's made good 🥲 Seeing other reviews, you GOT to reconsider the short girl with the glasses employment. She's making you look bad.

Cameron, Liza, and Kyara were nice and gave me a free sample of new smoothies. They weren’t that good but the one I got wasn’t too shabby. Good service.

This place has been my weekly addiction since they opened! They have plenty of options for food and smoothies, and you can customize everything on their menu to your liking. The mango monsoon and Chia oatmeal bowl are my regular order. Don’t sleep on their bowls!

I’ve ordered the açaí Nutella bowl about 6 times now and every single time the smoothie mixture is frozen at the bottom of the bowl. And I mean frozen solid. By the time it’s ready to eat, it’s been at least 45 minutes. By then, the toppings have gotten watery. I won’t be ordering from here again. I gave them many chances. Robeks makes a much better smoothie bowl. Made fresh to order.

The food is healthy & simply made. Very much worth trying especially if you are looking for a healthy lunch or small dinner.
The smoothies come in very nice large fome insulated cups. The smoothies are very simple and are not made with unpleasant sugars. I hope whoever tries it, enjoys it as much as me. I recommend the hummus veggie wrap.

Unbelievable, we had the worst promo ever. I had 13 minutes of early heads up, and then you guys launched it ahead of time, and it was finished before the time even started? Are you serious??

My sister and I arrived at this location at 8:40p on a Sunday. This location closes at 9p. Once we got there the employees ignored us for 5 minutes( one of the employees hid in the back once he saw us)and when they realized we weren't leaving the young male employee came over and stated that they were closed. My sister ask the employee that they close at 9p and he then state that they are closed. We then asked for his name( non of the employees were wearing name tags) which he did not give as he smirked at us. Honestly I am aware if was pretty close to closing time and they should have been polite and let us know that maybe their blenders are cleaned but instead lied that they were closed with an attitude and then wouldn'tgive us their name. They need to retrain their young staff on customer service.

The kiwi quencher smoothie is 10/10!
Supergreen Caesar wrap and the Thai chicken salad were also very good. Definitely recommend this spot!

I come to this spot quite often, it's a shame I have to come on here like this. I received my food and drink the other day which where both fine. The issue is the nasty attitude presented on the side with my food, I didn't order that! I just left after the muttering and aggressive manner my food was handed to me. Someone needs to reevaluate the blonde hair round glasses girl whatever her name is, I won't be coming back till they teach there employees to leave the attitude OUT THE DOOR 🙅🏻‍♀️‼️
