Sadly no food pictures as it did not last long. The service is top tier. The pizza was delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and fresh. Even the coleslaw and pickle were super yummy. Definitely be back the next time through the area.

Food was good as usual. The delivery was sooner then scheduled. Driver was polite.
The food was good as per usual, but they forgot my fries and pickle. Kinda been thinking about it all day and I paid extra to receive them. However the food is good and the garlic notes are perfectly cooked.

We ordered through slice. Pizza came cold, we were told by the driver he waited outside 20 minutes (we have cameras, he did not) and then he left. he only tried to contact me when I contacted customer service. Slice stated that the restaurant had tried to contact us numerous times, I offered to provide call information as well as the temperature of the food as we received it showing neither the driver OR the restaurant attempted to make contact, but according to them, the restaurant said because we did not respond to them, they were not willing to provide a resolution.Absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first issue we have had with food quality from Vivaldi, and just solidifies why we will not order from them again.

I ordered mac and cheese and they forgot to bring it so they came back with it and theres barely any cheese on it and it's all dry. Disgusting.Hey update they made my food wrong and won't answer the phone
I'm writing because I'd like to apologize to everyone Vivaldi's and those who read my reviewThey must have had a bad day. Maybe some stuff going on in there lives. Who knows. I yelled at them and feel very bad. So to those who read this give Vivaldi's a chance!! ❤️

Terrible service! Was ordering food and lady gave attitude when I was giving my card information and hung up in my face. I called back and they proceeded to put me on hold and started acting like I didn’t have a order and I was a new caller

Have ordered from this place for years. Love their food. I should say, loved. Just ordered $60 worth of food; pizza, apps, wings, etc. Got to pull out a nice hair from between my teeth, and while in denial, I noticed another long hair in my pizza. Called them; bc I ordered through DoorDash, they wouldn’t do anything. Not even an apology or any concern about this. Stay away from here. Post-Covid customer service and quality of product continues to suffer from laziness and lack of drive to work and work well.

I waited til my fourth order to review. The food here has been absolutely delicious all four orders with no mistakes and delivery within 40 minutes each time. No mistakes. I am a harsh critic but these guys are great!! Don’t let any negative reviews sway you from here. The food is excellent and the staff is great. I’ve also used coupon deals on all four orders making it extremely reasonable also. Thank you Vivaldis.
