Ordered online, 3 out of 4 burgers were missing several toppings, disappointing for $40+ food. The burgers weren't bad, other than missing toppings, but didn't seem like $40+ worth of food. We won't be back.

Online menu showed chicken sandwiches @ $5.90 per. Online Menu dated 11-11-23. Day of my visit: 12-14-23. I am charged $8.90 per sandwich. Had a large fry and large diet coke to go with the two sandwiches. Total: $27.52 ?? Chicken was pressed chicken like a chicken Mc nugget. Deceptive and exorbitant pricing, poor quality. The one group of four people in the resturant at 7:00 on a Thursday told me that this location, quality, and pricing is not gonna survive here much longer. Too bad. I had high hopes. But it wasn't to be..

I Love Wayback burger! For sentimental reasons and for the burgers themselves (and yummy thick milkshakes!) but sadly this location I have to give a lower review. My cheeesy got burnt both sides and the fries were only so/so cooked. I could still taste the amazing cheesy, oily goodness flavor poke through. They weren't busy so it sucks it still didn't come out great hence the stars . However, They were super nice, great service from cashier to pickup side and the environment is clean.

This rating is not for this particular store but for Wayback in general - it's mediocre, way overpriced, and not worth the price.As far as this store is concerned, the staff is nice and the service was good.

There is a lot of mixed reviews on here about this place so let me give an updated honest review. I've been to multiple Jakes Wayback locations over the years and this was by far the best one. The burgers were cooked perfect, everything was fresh, the place was very clean and the service was fantastic.
