Amai Sushi has the best quality fish and seafood in Brookfield! Amber, the owner is wonderful. She takes time to suggest and explain offerings. I recently had the pleasure of the 10 course Omekase. What a beautiful a scrumptious meal! A birthday treat from a dear friend. Definitely worth the splurge. Buttery sushi, delicious uni (sea urchin roe) and a small piece of highest quality Kobe beef. Great king crab and avocado appetizer and scallop hand roll. Caramel custard dessert....

We’ve eaten here three times. The sushi and sashimi are as good as we’ve had anywhere. We’ve eaten at Nobu New York and at Shiro’s Sushi in Seattle when Shiro Kashiba was the owner 15 years or more ago. This is every bit as good. The service is superb, and the owner, Amber, and the sushi chef, Jerry, have made each visit a delightful experience. We live nearly 45 minutes away, but we happily make the trip to Amai whenever we can!

The best vegetable gyoza ever! But seriously, we’ve eaten sushi all over the country, and this is the best sushi we’ve ever tried. The fish is incredibly fresh and presented beautifully (the Omakase would have cost $500 or more in NYC). The owners were beyond helpful and surprised us with birthday candles in our mochi, without us even asking.
