Service was horrible, ordered two sandwiches ( egg and cheese) and (ham, egg, cheese, hash brown) Sandwich one came with bacon on it which we did not order. And sandwich 2 came with no hash brown which we paid extra for.

A great place to have breakfast and lunch. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. You can sit at a table and enjoy your meal without being rushed. There are no waiters to serve you. It's simple and easy to custom order their delicious hot coffee and bagels & other goodies. Your order will be ready in minutes. Their menu is excellent and competively priced. I enjoyed it very much, and I think you will too.

I recently started a new job in Danbury and have been on the hunt for a great local spot—and Bagelman totally delivered. Their chai latte with cold sweet foam is easily the best I’ve had so far—smooth, perfectly spiced, and super refreshing.
I also grabbed the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was fresh, the ingredients were high quality, and the whole thing was just done right.
The service is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and everything came out quickly—even during the morning rush. Definitely my new go-to for breakfast and coffee in Danbury!

Bunch of young kids that stand around behind the counter and take your order wrong. There's not been one time they haven't gotten my order wrong. I suggest you implement the procedure of having staff read out loud the order before entering and charging. I've repeated several times and emphasized things and still wrong. Also make sure the kitchen staff are preparing what's specifically being asked.
We love Bagelman. We’ve been going here for years. Family owned business. Great people. Great place. Always busy. LOVE their bagels. Sandwiches are yummy and generous.
