Can’t say enough positive things about this family‑owned gem. The food was excellent; every dish was delicious—full of complex flavor and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was beautifully designed—stylish and relaxing, with the look of a chic hotel, without being overwhelmingly trendy. What really set the night apart, though, was the customer service. Even though we had to wait a bit for our table, one of the owners personally apologized and generously offered us a round of drinks (not to mention the bar offered creative cocktails with beautiful presentation and taste to match). You can tell the owners and staff are committed to genuine hospitality and we will definitely be back—not just for the great food, but for the owners themselves and the cool, welcoming vibe they’ve created

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was elevated and the staff was accommodating as if we just walked into their home. Next, the cocktails were presented with flare with balance and elegance from the ice to the quality spirit. The meal was fresh, cozy and exciting where appropriate.

Reasonable food, awesome live music (on Valentines), staff was okay to be honest. The ambience was really nice - especially thanks to the live Violinist - thank you! Dahi kebabs were really good.

The food is great, and other than the bussing staff the service was awful. I went with a friend and things started out fine until we were told we had to leave or move after 90 minutes because they had a “large party” coming in. That was weird because there were empty table around so they should have sat us somewhere else in the first place. And the “large party” didn’t extend to our table of two. Anyway, after that they seemed pretty much done with us. We went to the bar, with our food, and were summarily ignored by the bartender and waitstaff for the rest of the evening. It was impossible to catch the bartender’s eye because while he was obviously busy he barely looked up the whole time we sat there. I really hope the owners see this review because the food is about the best Indian food around, and it’s just too bad the waitstaff is subpar.

Came here with a couple friends for my birthday. I had heard good things about the place and was excited to go. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and really feels like a high-end spot. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
We ordered aloo tikki chaat to share along with some drinks. I’m not very familiar with Indian food, but this was very good and a perfect size for 3–4 people to share. The drink I had was fine, but my friend’s chai was very nice.
For entrées, I had the chicken biryani, while my friends ordered the butter chicken and daal tadka. We also shared a naan basket with garlic, garlic cheese, and plain naan. Everything was very tasty. The portions looked small at first but were actually a good size — we all had leftovers to take home. The naan was fresh, and the garlic cheese naan in particular was great.
A table next to us had a dessert brought out with sparklers. My friends noticed and quietly told the waiter it was my birthday and asked if we could have the same brought out while i was in the bathroom. He said no problem, and after our meal they brought out a chocolate sona. There were no candles or sparklers, though — it was just dropped off and the waiter walked away, which was a bit confusing. My friends seemed disappointed, but the cake itself was still very good.
Overall, the food and service were very good. That said, I’m not very familiar with Indian food or what it typically costs. My friends are, and they agreed that while the food was very good, the place is overpriced. They said they could find food just as good — or better — with a similar ambiance for less. We felt $17 for naan is a lot. I’d like to come back, but the pricing is really holding me back.

$30 for a small portion of chicken and rice? Cmon guys. It should at least come with the naan…will not pay $30 for this minimal of food again.
This restaurant is an absolute gem, and it shows in every single detail. Owned by Rinal and Regal, this place feels like a true labor of love—warm, welcoming, and proudly rooted in exceptional Indian cuisine.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Valice, the food is nothing short of outstanding. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully spiced, and bursting with flavor. The balance is flawless—bold without being overpowering, comforting yet elevated. You can taste the expertise and passion behind every plate.
Standout dishes across the menu make it impossible to choose a favorite. The curries are rich and aromatic, eggplant chaat delicious and the roti arrives hot, soft, and irresistible. This is the kind of food that makes you slow down and truly enjoy every bite.
What truly impressed me was the depth and creativity of the vegetarian dishes. Five of the six dishes we ordered were vegetarian, and despite not being vegetarian myself, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Each plate was rich, satisfying, and full of bold flavor, proving that BarNaan’s vegetarian offerings stand confidently alongside any traditional entrée.
What truly sets BarNaan apart is the attention to detail—from the quality of the ingredients to the thoughtful preparation and presentation. The service is just as impressive: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making you feel like more than just a customer.
A special mention has to go to Rinal, whose hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment she greeted us, she made us feel less like guests and more like royalty. Attentive without ever being overbearing, warm, and genuinely gracious, she ensured every detail was perfect while proudly sharing insights about BarNaan’s thoughtfully curated seasonal menu, which highlights fresh ingredients and keeps the dining experience exciting and ever-evolving. It’s rare to encounter an owner so personally invested in both the food and the guest experience, and Rinal does it effortlessly. Her presence alone turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience.
If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Indian food made by people who truly know and love what they do, this is the place. Huge credit to Rinal, Regal, and Chef Valice for creating something special. Highly recommended—and absolutely worth returning to again and again.

If I had one dessert to have in my final meal, it’s the chocolate sona. It’s so exciting trying Indian fusion, each dish was met with bursts of flavor. The people are so kind and attentive and the service is on point. Can’t wait for our return visit!

The waiter brought us to a booth in the corner near the bar and then some white dude behind the bar with an iPad yelled at us to not sit there. Then he asked if we had a reservation his rude attitude ruined the vibe! He needs to chill out and change his attitude the whole restaurant starred at us.
