My wife and I found this hidden gem in Brookfield CT. We found the food to be excellent and the server, Alejandro, went above and beyond to make certain we had an enjoyable meal. He explained the menu items very well and his service was friendly and efficient.Our salmon was prepared perfectly and the coconut shrimp appetizer and Cuban mojitos were the best we have tasted.

As a traveling foodie I have to rate this place subpar. Trust me folks Spanish food comes better than this. Dinner was a no go. Couldn't finish my meal b/c of salty food. Trust me folks it gets better than this at better establishments.

I was disappointed the food did not meet my expectations! We travel state to state just to enjoy good food. To start the tortilla chips seemed stale you can taste the oil in them. We were 4 adults and they served a little tiny cup of salsa and another with bean sauce in it. I asked a server to bring out more and he laughed as if I was joking. The plate I ordered was $28 for a variety of meats and it was not what I was expecting. I took a bite or 2 just to try the stiff steak, the 1/2 sliced sausage the beans rice the egg was missing the sweet bananas came out 5 -10 minutes later. The drinks were ok according my wife and sister and law. We decided to stay to listen to the live DJ. He went from one sing to another cutting into songs at the wrong time changing the mood that people sat down. The music is nice to listen to loud but in my opinion it was overwhelming loud that I had to scream so my brother in law can hear me at the table talking back and forth. They added a $40 tip to an $214 bill a party of 4. Overall we won’t be going back!

It was our first time here for mine and hubbys anniversary and we didn’t have a sitter so we brought our son with us. Our server kindly asked if she could hold our son while we ate & we let her. Honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant!

On Saturday I went for a drink with my family, I ordered a passion fruit margarita and another mango margarita, but when I was served it was lemon and mango, but the worst thing was that it was served in plastic cups, it had no salt or lemon decoration, it's ridiculous.

Brisas has progressively worse thought out the years , however tonight took the cake for me ! I ordered The churrasco , medium - it was so salty and well done the first time , i asked For a new order and it was just as bad the second time and even more burnt, no one came to our table for the entire time we were there ; my friend had to flag down the waiter . Waiter was so rude when he made an error on how we told him to split the check , i will Not he going back . Manager was not helpful !
