Ordered from chick fil a on there app and had it delivered. All my mac and cheese sides were missing . I called Chick Fil a and the manager Richard was not helpful. He hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back and it went to his voice mail. I proceeded to call Doordash and again they were unhelpful. So I Spent 100 dollars and got half my food. To say Im Disgusted with service on both Parties

DJ at the drive thru was like an excellent waiter at a fancy restaurant. He was friendly and gave great explanations of the new pretzel product. He was so friendly and warm and kind as well. Something we are no longer used to. Love the grilled chicken with a side of kale because sometimes you need a bite to eat but have a busy day and you want to eat healthy.

I would just like to say that the employees at the Chick-fil-A in Brookfield are the nicest workers I have ever met. I came in 10 minutes before they closed and didn’t realize that they closed at 10 until I got there. Tonight was Take out night at the house and they We’re so sweet about it, even though I felt as if I were inconveniencing them. To the employees, Emily, Nicole, and Alex you guys were amazing. Thank you so much. Definitely coming back.

The best CFA in CT so far. The food tastes good (when fresh), the employees are always sweet, not always fast, the drive thru typically moves quickly when guests aren’t sitting at the window handing out food to their kids..(please park and hand out the food…)
