i’ve never had a bad meal at this chick fil a! the people are so friendly and have the best attitudes, even when i have to make 100 modifications to my food because of my allergies and dietary restrictions. the drive thru is as smooth as it can be, and my order has always been correct. i love eating in the dining area with my grandpa because he loves their vanilla shakes and i’m always amazed at how this place has consistently been one of the best fast food places i’ve been to growing up.

Everyone there was so.nice and I appreciate nice people, especially on what was one of the hottest days and it sure was busy! Thursday, 2:00 and it was loaded with kids. Food was great but that milk shake!!!! 🍑 PEACHES! Made me happy.

Been going since I discovered them in South Carolina back in 2007. Happy they opened a franchise up here. Great waffle fries. Excellent shakes. Love the deluxe chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. Well mannered young people.
We always do their drive-thru when we are in CT. I can't comment on their atmosphere. Their food is always hot and fresh, and in a pinch, when you need a quick bite with all the choices out there, this is definitely one of the lesser evils.
We Love this Chickfla . They do so many fun events. It is our favorite location. Food is always quick and delicious. The staff is wonderful!

However, it’s hard to find a place aside from the chicken sandwiches are very tasty and worth the higher price than its competitors as the employees are extremely skilled in providing excellent service, not necessarily with order taking but with efficiency, respectful attitude and communication— seems like all these youngsters are college students as they exhibit language and approach to serving with care but it’a gotta be the culture of the company.
