I'm a resident in the area for 12 years and decided to visit for the first time. The cashier Sandra was rude, we were rushed taking our orders, she should go back to school take a class about hospitality or customer service, a smile could make a difference. I will not go back again.

I bring my daughter here frequently for the play scape. Today we were brought our food, timely as usual. However, no drinks, wait 5 minutes, still no drinks. I go to the counter, I see my coffee in a carrier at the middle register, they hand it to me. Cool, what about the milkshake? Oh it’s broken, ok thanks for not telling me, I’ll take a refund and an apple juice for my daughter. Go back to the table, 5 more minutes of waiting for apple juice, I go back to the counter, they give me an apple juice. Thanks! Only 10 minutes, my food is now cold but at least I have beverages to wash it down, I really needed my vanilla iced coffee, and I was so happy to take that first sip, except no sugar was added, ok no worries I’ll do that myself as well.

I don’t have a Chick-Fil-A near me, so going to one is usually always a treat and I normally love the food there, but at this one the food was absolutely disgusting. Plus they have a play area with kids being loud and rowdy and nobody doing anything about it. Better off going to the one in the Danbury Mall instead.
Really quick and efficient service, they keep the line moving fast. Great food.
