Live the milkshakes
When you have a cooler full of ready-made ice cream cakes, and nobody on duty who can write happy birthday on it for a customer, that's your loss not mine. Lost out on a $24 sale. And dissatisfied customer along with it. Took my business to Carvel.

Horrible service, gave me a fish sandwich instead of chicken, I caught it at the window. Waited 15 min for them to make a chicken sandwich like I ordered and they miss again, got home to find a cold fish sandwich. It’s really not that hard. Guy was rude when he delivered the second time too. I get it if you don’t like your job but have a little pride. Do better.

It would be nice if you had prices on the drive though menu. I pulled in then left because I didn't want to ask for the prices of each item..
