This is the most consistent and kindest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I pass 5 other locations on my way to work just to pick up at this one. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. The drinks and food are always made exactly the same. Bonus perk: it always remarkably clean as well. I've had crappy mornings where the brief but genuine drive thru interaction I had with the worker brought a smile and some warmth to my chest. I think her name was Arlene or Aileen. Best Dunkin' around <3

They're always getting my order wrong I have to repeat myself loudly and clearly each time about my order and they still get it wrong they're either understaffed or just plain incompetent also it takes them double the amount of time to get your order ready then it does at other Dunkin'
Service took a nose dive ever since the manager of 20+ years left. The drive-thru wait time is horrible. You can grow coffee beans faster than it takes to go through this drive-through. I thought I could save time by ordering inside. Instead, there were people standing around waiting for their food. One woman was complaining that she was still waiting after 30 minutes!! I suggest staying away from this particular Duncan.

Been to this Dunkin a few times in the past couple of weeks. The service is terrible! Very slow! The other day I got to the drive thru window and had to repeat the order to the server twice after she read someone else’s order to me first because she couldn’t remember. This morning the guy working the drive thru also couldn’t remember and messed up the order. Coffee with milk and sugar, the coffee has cream, not milk, and no sugar and this was after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru line. My suggestion would be train your staff better or hire staff who can handle the job because clearly the staff here either can’t handle it or just don’t care.
