I didn't think I could find a worse Dunkin than in Southbury but this one has taken its place. They can't get orders out on time or to the correct people. I watched them scramble this morning to find an order for someone who had ordered. When I went to ask a question at the counter about my order they were so focused on finding this order that they ignored the front counter all together. I left pissed and unsatisfied. Either this company needs a whole new retraining or something because this has been common in every Dunkin I've been in lately. Hard to want to give service to a business that is like this.

This is the most consistent and kindest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I pass 5 other locations on my way to work just to pick up at this one. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. The drinks and food are always made exactly the same. Bonus perk: it always remarkably clean as well. I've had crappy mornings where the brief but genuine drive thru interaction I had with the worker brought a smile and some warmth to my chest. I think her name was Arlene or Aileen. Best Dunkin' around <3

Still the best coffee in town. Donuts are goid but sometimes taste old. You have to always check your order here since some of the youngsters working there have difficulty staying focused on their work. The place also needs a goid cleaning

They're always getting my order wrong I have to repeat myself loudly and clearly each time about my order and they still get it wrong they're either understaffed or just plain incompetent also it takes them double the amount of time to get your order ready then it does at other Dunkin'

Service took a nose dive ever since the manager of 20+ years left. The drive-thru wait time is horrible. You can grow coffee beans faster than it takes to go through this drive-through. I thought I could save time by ordering inside. Instead, there were people standing around waiting for their food. One woman was complaining that she was still waiting after 30 minutes!! I suggest staying away from this particular Duncan.
