Everyone from the drive thru was actually walking into the store because of the wait. My coffees tasted like charred ass and made me sick. Never again here never again.

Some morning trips to this Dunkin can really drag out in the drive through, but overall it's good. My coffees are inconsistent, but I kinda expect that from Dunkin. ARLENE is amazing! Whenever I see her at the window she greets me so sweetly and fixes any problem that I may experience with my order. I honestly keep coming to this Dunkin just for her service.

Great service by the workers. They took extra care to make sure that I had all the items that I ordered and were very friendly.
Ordered ahead via app, 1 chocolate frosted donut w rainbow sprinkles, 1 order of hash browns, get to the window they hand me a bag and tell me they’re out of the donut I ordered, so I assumed the bag they gave me had the hash browns, I say they can substitute with a chocolate glazed donut, they had me a second bag with the replacement donut, and I drive off. My daughter tells me they gave her a chocolate frosted donut, ok so they made the decision for me in other words then asked and gave me 2 donuts and no hash browns. Thanks for not getting me anything that I ordered. There’s 10-30 other Dunkin’s on federal road, avoid this one at all costs, every single time my order is wrong and it’s a forever wait and I don’t think I’ve seen the same employee twice, abysmal performance.

So this drive thru was a lil lax n the wait was longer than other D&D but overall the coffee wasn't that bad compared to others on adjacent towns
The hashbrowns were solid too I have gotten em way worse at other spots. All n all not bad, just be prepared to be patient

Don't go inside. You'll be standing there like casper the ghost. They will be looking right through you. Go through the drive thru ONLY.

Unable to complete an order the way I asked even after I turned off my vehicle which I know has allowed exhaust. They still messed my order up and got it completely wrong.
