This Five Guys wouldn’t be the same without Alex. From the moment I walked in, his energy and friendliness set the tone. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, even suggesting a topping combo I loved. Despite the rush, he kept everything running smoothly and made every customer feel valued. Alex turned what could’ve been a regular visit into a standout experience. Five Guys is lucky to have him—I’ll definitely be back!

Everyone should be aware that all toppings can be ordered "light" or "extra"....even the cajun seasoning on fries.Even shake mix-ins.And if you want mayo or something on the side,please ask for it as you are ordering,not afterwards...that way it can be entered right on your order and you will get it without having to come back to the counter and asking for it after you get your order.Enjoy!

I am sick and my husband is at work so we ordered food for my kids. First of all 3 burgers and fries were like 90 dollars. In fairness it may have been more because we used door dash but that is a lot.. Meanwhile it gets delivered and all of the food is not in it. For the price to see one meal completely left out was really annoying.I wondered if the dasher took it but it was tightly taped up so it was clearly Five Guys’ mistake. We got a partial discount credited but initially what was offered was too low so we pointed out an entire meal was missing so they threw in a little more. It’s not the end of the world but it’s pretty aggravating.
