Over priced food. Waited 45+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. The assistant manager at the counter decided to serve what appeared to be 4 different people she knew before the customer that had waited. The. After my wife went up to ask they must have stopped making our order to make the 4 different people’s order before our and they gave my sandwich and forgot to make my wife’s sandwich which we waited 10 more minutes for. Terrible customer service. Customer service is 100% the reason we will never return

Delicious x 4! We are from out of town and stopped for lunch. Each of tried a different sandwich and they were all phenomenal! An added perk is that it is connected to Dunkin so you can stop for coffee and pick up delicious (not DnD) food! Rest room was very clean too. The only downside was a bit small inside so we took it to go. Only wish they would branch out to New Haven County. Will def stop again when we are back this way.

I have visited several locations, and while all have been great, the Brookfield location stands out as my favorite. The team is always welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Brian is exceptionally helpful, offering excellent recommendations and answering any questions. Overall great vibes which is refreshing in today's service world. The food is consistently delicious, and service is prompt, with minimal wait times. I highly recommend this deli as I believe it to be the best in the Brookfield/Danbury area.
