$8 for a third of a sub ( “mini”) with one single half piece of undercooked bacon. Asked oil and oil and vinegar which was so over added that the bread was soaked in it. Wish I could add a picture. Absolutely gross. Ended up throwing it out without eating it. Waste of money. First time at a jersey Mike’s and would never go back.

Ordered ahead on their app. Got there when it was supposed to be ready and had to wait 13 more minutes. We got home and all of the subs are made wrong. Wrong cheese on one, mayo and pickles added to one, oil and vinegar on another that was not supposed to have it. Will not return.

Went there today after shopping at Costco. Great staff and quick service. The guy running the slicer was fantastic and knew what was going on in the store the whole time. Only complaint would have been the availability of a high chair. They did not have one in the store, so we had to alternate shifts to feed our daughter while holding her.

Had the best experience here today. I wish I caught the young man’s name, but I mentioned I was making trips because we had our dogs in the car & he suggested we eat outside since it was so nice out. He brought our food out to us & then came back with ice water and some turkey for the pups. The sandwiches were delicious!
On the 17th I got in line and the “slicer” skipped me and began to take the person behind me’s order. I reminded him that I was next. He then rushed and took my order for a steak and cheese. He never asked me what cold veggies I wanted so I assumed the person that was putting veggies for the customers before me would ask. Instead this person gave me attitude for not informing the slicer as if I knew. It was my first time there. Then I said okay well it’s my first time so who do I ask now he said well you should’ve asked the slicer but I’ll take it now. So he repeated my mistake to assure that I knew what I was supposed to do. I decided to not take the food even after I paid. I don’t care that I paid. Imagine being treated as if you did something wrong for asking the person clearly in charge of lettuce and tomatoes for just that? And getting attitude for it . Maybe your employees should take one customer at a time instead of rushing. Very bad attitude and atmosphere. I would not return or recommend.
