John's Just hosted my dad's funeral luncheon...being Italian and having my family from NY come I wanted it perfect, so Libero tolerated my requests, made me feel at ease and delivered! I could not have been more pleased! The service, food
, portions, bar staff, relaxed atmosphere, the way they treated my guests including the children, truly made it a very special day and celebration of my dad's life. We were able to cheer, cry, salute, speak, play some favorite music, etc.They made it very intimate for us! I am grateful-bonus- Great desserts! thank you.

We waited a half hour before being served. We watch people walk out. nobody acknowledged them. Food was cold….. never again.

I can’t really speak on the atmosphere as I went for a late lunch and got my medium cheese pizza to go but I can say that it was clean, bathrooms were clean and the coolers were fully stocked. Pizza was great…not going to say “out of this world or phenomenal”…but it was a great pie..so great that I ate the whole thing in one sitting..only other pizza I do that with is Famous Pizza in Bethel, CT. Garlic knots were delicious.

We have been going to John's on and off for the past 20 years - but we just had a 90th birthday party for my mom this past weekend with about 25 guests. I am extremely pleased we chose them. The restaurant was accommodating and easy to work with. The wait staff was excellent and upbeat. And the food was delicious and generous. Definitely recommend John's Best Trattoria if you are looking to host a party or just for dinner or a pizza (their sicilian is excellent)!

This was my first & last time eating at this restaurant. For starters my party of 3 walked inside waited to be sat down nobody came to attend us. We then proceeded to speak with two employees in take out told us it’s okay to sit ourselves down. Sat down getting ready to order, then a party of 7 walks in Management walks up to my table saying “ For next time wait for someone to seat you down “ in a condescending tone. My group then stated what was told to us by her employees but instead of apologizing for the miscommunication & inconvenience tries to act like her employees would never state that. Red flags all over the situation before our food even came out. Finished eating now we’re leaving, once again instead of apologizing expressing the gratitude of us coming to support this wanna be michelin star pizza shop. The owner then makes a fake joke saying “boy were you guys hungry” the whole interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth regardless how the food tasted. The experience is what makes the customer come back. After reading the reviews she has it seems like a clear patter that she’d rather forfeit the business than keep up with customer service. 0/10

Hopefully the wait staff is better now. Took our order and after waiting for 40 minutes found out that the order never went through in??? We left..
