To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products.
