One star for poor service. Food was good, ambiance great. We moved from outdoors to the bar inside. I know jerk move. It was a nice day that turned cold fast. The bar was not full, there was plenty of room for our three persons. We settled up with our server to avoid any confusion. Our server Malik was great and continued to take care of us after we moved indoors, AS NOONE ELSE WOULD. The two bartenders Whitney and Daniel did not engage with us at anytime. Not one, "how ya doin". Our food came, and we had to get our own utensils off the table behind us, after waiting 5 minutes and getting ignored from bartenders. They proceeded to blatantly ignore us and talk about us while we just ate our food. We settled up with our main guy Malik. We unfortunately were not able to get anything else to eat or drink as we were never asked.

First timer here to Maggie McFly's. Impressive menu, atmosphere and food presentation. Would definitely go back. The half pizza (Thai Chicken) and salad was incredible. Would love to try some of their other options in the near future. I took a long time to review their menu initially, it was HUGE. I think my waiter forgot about me and my food took a while to arrive (45 mins?), he came back to see how things were ... And I said my water is just fine. Shortly thereafter it received my food. I'd go back.

The service has gone way down hill here. Service sucks! Seated with sticky gross menus and we waited for a server to at least ask us if we wanted drinks. We waited 15 minutes and walked out. On our way out we stopped at the front kiosk and told someone about the bad service and told them we would never be coming back. They just shrugged their shoulders like they could care less. Take my advise avoid this place at all costs!!!

The place was packed and the service and food was still right on target. One of our favorite restaurants.

Friday night was my first time at Maggie McFly’s at Brookfield. I ordered the Black Angus Beef Ribeye ($40) along with a side of mashed potatoes and my lady got the Filet Mignon and we both were surprised at how bland the entire food was. Not acceptable at this price point. Longhorn offers a much better quality for almost half the price. However the troublemaker red wine was amazing and so was the Six layer blackout cake. Service was great!

Horrible food quality! My family of 6 took my elderly mom here because we heard that it had been remodeled. My son's ordered chicken sandwich, they all said they were awful. My husband ordered a hamburger that was over cooked and like a hockey puck. I ordered a Corned beef sandwich that was extremely fatty and hard chunks of meat. The Nachos were even tasteless meat on chips. We all ended up getting McDonald's when we left hungry. I won't be going back again

The food was fine, the service was good and the floor was sticky. What else is there to say.

Had the opportunity to visit Maggie McFly's in Brookfield today for the first time - and will not be returning. I have always wanted to visit this restaurant and was glad to have the opportunity to try it today - but the food was disappointing. I tried the Pilgrim sandwich which turned out to be 2 slices of turkey on toast (menu says it is brioche), with a thin spread of cranberry sauce on the bread, and some sort of "stuffing" that was maybe apples & cranberry halves - overall disappointing and not worth the $15+ price. Partner had bacon cheeseburger that was "OK". We each had a side of fries - they were plain (no taste), and just warm (not hot). I wanted to like this restaurant but unfortunately there is nothing compelling us to go back.

There's something for everyone on the menu! The downside is it's like reading war and peace.
