One of the managers was great last time but there was one that saw me waiting there to ask for something and ignored me and just stand there waiting for the food instead of asking what I needed (I just needed a cup for water ) love this place and come all the time for my kids but managers need to get better training!

I don't necessarily have an issue with the service or the staff but the only issue I have is with the dine in hours. On the door it clearly says dine in hours are till 11pm but the doors are locked at 10pm. It sucks because I'm a truck driver who delivers to the Costco nearby and I just want o run in and get a quick bite to go. The drive thru is open and I can't drive my semi through there. If dine in hours closes at 10 then post the correct hours.

I understand you’re fast food., and not everyone visits McDonald’s on a regular. I noticed items on the menu, I didn’t realize they had. I knew what I wanted, I didn’t realize I could get it different ways! The drive thru was only available, so you couldn’t walk in at the time I arrived. I believe the manager was taking the orders over the intercom box system. I barely understood him due to his heavy accent, but to make matters worse, he rushed me through my order. I didn’t get the sandwich that I wanted and he didn’t even know about the $1.49 drinks in small, medium and large! I was trying to explain to him it’s on the sign I was looking at. He seemed very frustrated that we couldn’t communicate and that I asked questions! He is a man with very little patience and poor customer service! No establishment should put people in managerial positions if they’re not equipped to deal with the public!
