Unfortunately the pico they served on my bowl was old. I thought maybe I just had a few bad bites but the tomatoes were so old they tasted as if they were fermenting.

Been going here for years, food is always good, staff is usually a bit robotic.Went in and had Ernest helping today and probably the first person I've seen there who had a personality. Was friendly, conversive and attentive to his job at the same time.Great job, thanks.

They get my order wrong everytime. They don’t use gloves sometimes when they go from touching food to money. The food is always good but they are often out of toppings or sauces. The people are friendly but some of the younger ones do not want to be there and don’t help out. I think they don’t get paid nearly enough because only a few people seem to care about their job at all.

Rice is always half cooked. Burrito was also enough to feed a 3 year old. Never ordering here again

High blood pressure patients beware! The food is so salty that I needed to get three drink refills to eat half of the meal! It’s so over priced for the quality of the food! Never going back… point blank period

We arrived at approximately 5:00 PM. The girl at the counter could not be bothered to greet anyone as she was too busy putting together to-go or internet orders for customers not yet present. After she finally got around to making the customers orders Infront of us she proceeded to put together 2 of the three orders we put in. Prior to completing the rest of our order the girl began printing out 5 or 6 other orders and began assembling them. I asked if she could possibly finish our order before beginning another - not an unreasonable request. In a snarky condescending and patronizing manner she said "I'd be so happy to do that for you.". She then began slopping the food into the bowl as tough she were angry at both me and the food. While I fully understand this woman is probably underpaid and overworked it's hardly an excuse to treat a customer in this manner. Easy to see why given that she and another coworker were given little to no assistance from their manager who couldn't be bothered lend a hand. At one point they were yelling questions and another employee said she couldn't hear due to having headphones on or something. It's rare I don't tip even when service is poor. When it's poor and snarky I most certainly do not. Unfortunately for Moe's there's a Chipotle that opened near by and I suspect they will soon be out of business in this location.... At least we can hope so.

I'm a lover of Moe's, but I was so disappointed by my visit to this location. My results may have been because it was towards closing, but about half of the toppings (including ground beef and pinto beans) were "out," the chips I received were extremely stale (tasted at least a day old), and there was no salsa. I'm not from the area, so I haven't had prior experience with this location, but compared to my Moe's experiences elsewhere, it was extremely disappointing.The staff was cheerful and helpful.
Great service and food, with very good, unlimited salsa bar. It is a bit on the pricey side for fast food though.

My family and I gave eaten here several times but today. Was by far the worst experience ever location was dirty... Staff very stingy on the food and closed 2 hours early... May very well be the last time eating here.....

The girl making our food was soo clearly on drugs it’s was insane. Nearly almost fell asleep over our tacos and eyes bloodshot and was acting very very strange. She made our food very poorly. Not coming back to this location at least.
