Mushroom, swiss and red onion breakfast sandwich. The veggies were sautƩed perfectly, the roll was fluffy, absolutely delicious! Also, the bagels and cream cheese are by FAR the best around. Id pay double knowing Id get quality over quantity. 10/10

The amount of vegan options is AMAZING! I'm vegetarian and I'm SO TIRED of the same 2 veggie sandwich options in this area. This is my new favorite deli.

This place is a joke. I ordered 4 coffees and I asked for a carrying tray. They wanted to charge me $1.50 for a tray! I also got a bagel with butter. When I opened my bagel, there was about a penny-sized amount of butter on my bagel. I politely asked for some more butter (since I already paid for it) and they told me they would charge me an additional $2.50 for more butter! Unbelievable!

$1.50 for an empty cup to share a drink with my toddler, After $30 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Shocked about charging 1.50 for a plastic cup she says ā€œsorry bosses rulesā€ this place is NY all the way, NY City prices brought with them.

This place used to be good but as of recent it’s not looking too good. Recently ordered a aƧaĆ bowl that was like a soup, the other reviews are right that they overcharge, no customer service, and when i read the menu item for a breakfast sandwich just how it comes, the girl looked at me in confusion like she doesn’t know her own stores menu (she clearly didn’t). And then the bagels with cream cheese are always just dumped onto the bagel with no spread. They are wayyyyy too expensive for subpar food

Very disappointing experience from a local shop. The bagel was hard and dry, even stale-like prior to 9am. The capers on my sandwich were rancid, I asked for a direct menu item with no modifications and the counterperson had no idea what it was, the coffee was watery, and I had to double check their menu (updated online 1 day ago) for pricing because my total seemed high after thinking about it on the way to the car- $9.49 over posted prices.

I ordered a coffee and a carrot cake muffin from a glass case near the register. I took a bite of the carrot cake muffin and realized it was very stale. I asked if I could get something different and the gentleman told me he would have to charge me since the muffins were fresh from the package on Tuesday. This was on a Friday. The coffee was good, But I’ll never go back. I can get day old pastry from the supermarket at a discount. I don’t need to pay 4.25 for a stale muffin. Plus, the fact that they defined fresh as sitting unwrapped for three days is pretty telling.

Upon placing a small order (that was quite expensive, might I add) I received a drink that did not taste good/ sanitary, so I came back to swap/exchange and the kid that ā€œhelpedā€ me said ā€œI asked you if that’s what you wanted when you ordered itā€. Upon being told I can’t get something else ā€œsince it was already madeā€. EXTREMELY poor customer service and way too expensive.
I’ll keep supporting my friends over at Bagelman down where they make a quality product and treat their customers with respect.
I’m seeing lots of poor reviews for NY BB, maybe it’s time for you guys to reevaluate your prices and customer service. If you continue to have poor customer service then soon enough you will have no customers.
See you guys at Bagelman! :)

As a person who was literally raised on bagelman bagels, I couldn't believe how amazing these bagels were. They're enormous, probably the fluffiest bagels I've ever eaten with that perfect tear/chew you expect from a NY bagel. I hate to admit but they're hand over first better than the bagels that are so near and dear to my heart. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it.

I order their onion flagels. Outside of NY they are called ā€œflatā€ bagels. Today I tried their bialys. Both verrry good. No one but this shop seems to know what a bialy or a flagel is! Everyone very friendly. Great find! Wish I lived closer.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. I ordered a bagel bacon, egg, cheese and a coffee. Had to buy something else due to the total not being over 10 dollars. I got my order and it wasn't what I ordered just egg and bagel. Told them what i ordered didn't try to fix it. The lady on her personal phone said but we charged for the egg and bagel. Didn't try to fix anything. She said to take the coffee because it was already made. I went next door to eat instead and they got my order right.
