I had a disappointing experience here. I asked for whipped cream with my order, but the employee refused to open a new can because they were closing in 20 minutes. I understand closing time is soon, but refusing a basic request like that—especially for something advertised—is poor customer service. If you’re still open, customers should receive the full experience. I won’t be coming back. But yet had time to be on her phone right after .it was only 8:15pm when I got there

Went tonight to Peachwave and got frozen yogurt with my girlfriend and got served by a young lady with a terrible attitude. She didn’t greet us and wasn’t helpful. And just seemed absolutely miserable. I won’t be back considering how uncomfortable they make you feel when picking topping's. Don’t understand why you can’t just pick out topping yourself especially dealing with someone who is miserable working there.

Peachwave is a great place to get frozen yogurt and gelato in Brookfield, Connecticut. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, and their prices are reasonable.
