My husband and I frequent many restaurants for breakfast but Red Colony is our favorite. We love omelets and Red Colony's omelets are always delicious and cooked to perfection. Our waitress Tania is always so efficient, accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Waitress was sweet. Driving to NY from Boston, hit a lot of traffic Sunday and decided to stop in. I ordered the Hot open Turkey. The mashed potatoes were delish! Gravy was yum amd was pleasantly surprised and full when we left. Will return on our next road trip!

It's a Velasco Thing
Well when we sat down there was a woman sitting next to us that had an amazing plate of what looked like French toast with fresh strawberries. So initially we had high hopes for this place.
So we ordered a cheese burger with fries, a veggie burger, and a short stack of pancakes.
Cue the disappointing music definitely not what we expected I wonder if the lady next to us cooked her own meal because what we got was literally inedible. The burger was hard yet raw in the center, the fries had a grainy texture, the pancakes and the veggie burger tasted like they picked them up at the dollar store. The worse was the veggie burger we still have no clue what type of veggie burger this was because none of us have ever seen a white veggie burger it was spongy and tasted like wet cardboard. Worse was the price at $40+ for this meal and we ended up having to eat at another place because we were still starving. I did tip the waitress cause she wasn’t the one cooking but never again. This is one of those places that we are scratching off our places to eat. We’ll drive all the way back to Stamford before even considering it.

This diner what's the best diner I have ever been to. The food was outstanding the restaurant was so clean. The staff was awesome. William an employee there. Was just the nicest kindest human beings you can ever meet. His smile can light up a room. Also our server Thelma was a great waitress. I would highly recommend this diner.

Wow. Never been before and we were seated right away. The waitress had an amazing attitude and made the experience great. All the food was reasonably priced for the portions you received. The food was incredible and I will from now on be coming back here for breakfast whenever I am in the area. 10/10 for the whole experience

We placed a big order on the phone for pickup on Mother’s Day. We went to pick up the order and the man at the front told us that the only thing he didn’t have ready was our steak and eggs order. When we asked why, he said he thought we wouldn’t want it because it would take too long?!? Like what? We got the sense they simply forgot to do it, which is okay, we are all human and totally understand! The worst part is, they didn’t offer to make it for us or offered a discount, absolutely nothing and they just assumed we wouldn’t want it which obviously ruin a the vibes of our Mother’s Day breakfast since one person had to now cook their own meal. Won’t be returning back at all. Food was horribly bland and had no seasoning or tastes at all. You’re better off at Elmer’s diner
