food was incorrect and extremely dry, and when i reached out to talk to someone through messenger i was ignored even though it showed message was seen. i gave multiple chances to have this issue corrected.

If you're traveling along the Taconic (for over 100 miles) you know how hard it is to find a place to eat. Not only is this easy and quick to get to off the Taconic but they have the best food and super friendly employees. Their burger was HUGE and so flavorful. The french fries are beyond the best fries I've ever had and even had to order a second serving because my son loved them so much he wouldn't share, and he's an extremely picky eater. I will definitely return anytime we are in the area!

Just had the best salmon dinner ever. All the details were done very well. So tasty and balanced perfectly. It was better than the meals we have had in the fancy restaurants in the Hudson valley. Perfection on a paper tablecloth. Simply outstanding.

The new ownership (Kyle and Kameron Wells) are amazing - come for Sun brunch if you can, Rotating menu but when it is available the Italian toast is my favorite!
There was only one other couple when we arrived. It took about 35 minuets to get 3 pancakes and an order of toast... my husband loved his blueberry pancakes (real blueberries) butt he service was so slow not sure we will go back.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is very cute, quaint and charming. The prices are extremely reasonable. They also have a little store area with staples and interesting local products. There is literally nothing not to love about the Schultzville General Store!
