I had the Chicken Caesar wrap. I found it to be very bland, and the croutons that were in the wrap were stale and very crunchy. I noticed the croutons did not get softer even though the dressing pretty much marinated it.
From a visual perspective, the establishment appears to make an attempt at being a trendy cafe. Not sure who the owner or manager is, if it’s the lady I saw that day, she was quite pretentious! Greeted some customers and not all!!

Staff are super friendly and accommodating with any add-ons to drinks! Super cute inside, very classy. The food was tasty. The coffee itself is strong in flavor, I was a little disappointed because I got the s’mores latte but the s’mores taste was not there. Everything has a pretty presentation!

I’m posting this to provide context and correct the record following a previous review below from Sam GOROGORO.

The individual referenced in that post is a minor, and I was the adult involved in the interaction being described. What was framed as inappropriate was, in reality, a harmless, lighthearted comment shared between a child and her parent. It was not directed at a customer and was taken out of context.

It’s also important to clarify that the minor was not fired or let go, she made the decision to quit.

If there was a concern, the appropriate step would have been to raise it directly with ownership, rather than publicly criticizing a child in a Google review. Situations involving minors deserve discretion and thoughtful handling.

This situation also highlights the importance of strong front-of-house leadership. While the kitchen is clearly where the owner’s strengths and expertise shine, managing staff, especially young staff, requires a different skill set, structure, and consistency. Recognizing that distinction and bringing in dedicated management support would strengthen the business and help avoid situations like this in the future.

My husband and I have visited #thecafe numerous times, and every experience has been wonderful. Their signature drink, #thebravi — an iced latte — is our favorite. I also love #thepancakes; the blueberry pancakes with lemon butter are the perfect pairing. Combined with the calming atmosphere, this is easily one of our favorite cafés in the area.

The food is really good and the atmosphere is gorgeous but they’re always closing for random reasons. They will just randomly shut down for things at the last minute. I used to check their Instagram before even going there because almost every time I planned to go they unexpectedly closed. They don’t even update their social media anymore. It’s very weird

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrific. 1 hour wait for 2 BLT’s… when I asked the staff at the desk what is going on they attacked me & said I “didn’t know what I was talking about” “that I personally didn’t know what happened but neither did she.” I now have to pay my babysitter additional hours because I waited over an hour for food I paid for. They did have a sign on the door that stated they were short staffed but if you’re that short staffed you should not be opening your doors. Excuse after excuse when I asked where the food was, although they did refund me my bill they made it seem like it was my fault that the “new girl” messed something up. If you mess up - make it right and have a positive attitude about it do not attack the customer for your lack of doing.

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but this one definitely needs to be said.

I visited this café recently, and while the atmosphere was really nice and the food was pretty good, my experience at the counter left a lot to be desired. When I was in line, there was a young girl with a braided ponytail who was speaking to the woman in front of me in a very unprofessional and rude manner — saying things with an attitude and even asking for a “generous tip” in a way I’ve never seen before. I honestly wasn’t sure if it was a friend or family member she was talking to, but if that was a joke, it definitely shouldn’t be happening at the register.

When it was my turn, I ordered something super simple — just a plate of eggs and cheese — and she made it way more complicated than it needed to be. I was also charged $12 for something that usually costs me $6. When I politely brought that up, she responded with attitude and told me she doesn’t set the prices. The whole thing just felt really unpleasant and unnecessary.

I even had to ask for her name, which she eventually told me was Maddie. I’m sure she does her job well behind the scenes, but if you’re going to be working the register and interacting with customers, you need to have better communication and professionalism.

This café has a lot of potential — but moments like this can really take away from the experience.

Came here last week, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and they had really great service! These girls named Katie and Monica served me and they were so kind and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely come back here again! 5 stars.
