we went inside to order it was busy but the fact 6 people ordered after us and received all food items before us. we went us to explain the situation for them to just hand us a bag with missing items again busy and would’ve had to wait in a long line again to receive missing food or for a refund. literally waited over 20 minutes

They fired the only person in bakers dozen existence who's been able to make a good consistent coffee, never burnt, food fresh and coffee shop clean. Sucks she's gone now there seems to be a management issue 🤷🏼♂️

I came their around 4:30pm on Monday asked for a 2 grilled cheese and another sandwich all of the breads where kinda burnt and all the cheeses where not cooked at all a grilled cheese is meant to have melted cheese don't ever come here not only that they made it us wait like 20 minutes for them to make it just to come pick with uncooked food and burnt bread don't come here the one in Norwich is way better their so nice and never mess up my order

What the hell is going on with the weekend service??? !0-12 minutes in line to place an order??? Another 7-10 minutes to get the order??? It never was like this before!!!...OKAY, OKAY, MAYBE IT PAYS TO COMPLAIN SOMETIMES. Evidently someone was listening as they have made a 180 degree turn around, MUCH MUCH FASTER.. but still the great product... as always!!!
