Food is good for the area. Pizza is different than what we have had before with the crust thicker but still crispy, reminds me of crust you would make at home. Other items such as baked fish and pasta are very good. Garlic knots are tasty but require a bit of the very strong raw garlic topping knocked off of them. Wasn't impressed by the chicken vegetable rice soup. Waitress was very nice and friendly and the service was great.

I had the Shrimp Scampi, and it was the Best I've had in this area ! The garlic knots were also very delicious. Definitely 5🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟
My mom liked her linguine with clam sauce. I went for the scallops but at noon they were out of scallops! I ordered the eggplant parm. There was like 6 pieces of eggplant layered on top of each other, not layered with sauce n cheese. The eggplant is baked which is how I make mine but layering it like this just created mush. It went into the trash. Not a good plate. The waitress was very good and even bagged up our food.

Pretty good food. Great burgers!!!
The Caesar dressing was different than I’m accustomed by still tasty. They give (I think) bottomless garlic knots. They must use minced garlic out of a can. Not my personal favorite but good.

Friendly service, surprisingly good food. The pizza was great and the chicken Ceasar salad was enormous. Draft beer and wine by the glass. Enjoyed with friends, we'll be back soon.

Eat here often, as it is the closest place to me and I am a big old fat guy. Food is always pretty good. Sausage and pepper grinder is fantastic. Price is reasonable. Wait staff is excellent and friendly. Order is always made correctly.

Wait… there’s a Brooklyn in Connecticut?!
Yeah, I didn’t know either — but I’m sure glad I found out.
Stopped at Brooklyn Pizza Restaurant on my way back from my friend’s farm and man… this spot did not disappoint. You know that feeling when you walk into a place and it just feels right? That’s what this was. The vibes were welcoming, the service warm, and the food? Fire.
Shout out Dawn Marie!
I tried their classic pepperoni pizza — the crust was crisp, sauce rich, and the cheese stretch was elite. It’s the kind of slice that makes you close your eyes and for a second, you’re back at Steve’s Pizza after school. (Rest in peace, Steve — your sauce lives rent-free in my taste memory.)
I also grabbed their homemade hand-cut fries and a wing dinner plate — seasoned to perfection and reasonably priced. You can tell they don’t cut corners here, only fresh potatoes and flavor.
Final verdict: If you ever find yourself in Brooklyn, CT (yup, that’s a real place), do yourself a favor and stop by. This place is a gem.
