Absolutely rude employees. Especially this older lady on the drive thru speaker gives huge amounts of attitude no matter the question you ask, and I hear such uncomfortable and inappropriate conversations between the workers when they leave the drive thru window open or when I'm waiting at the lobby. Usually happens when it's later afternoon. I have seen a lady scream at another worker, I've seen a worker quite literally bang on the bathroom door while someone was in there. If your not a favorite customer, sometimes it's such an uncomfortable vibe, mainly with that older lady I believe goes by the name Sharon. And the teenage girls seem so bored and sassy. I can't stress it, here whether it's service or atmosphere, it's not all that good.

tried to order a wrap and a sandwich, waited 20 minutes for them to bring out the sandwich no wrap. Waited another 25 minutes just for them to say they don’t have it. So in total 45 minutes waiting and we didn’t even done out with our order. Also half the time waiting there wasn’t even anyone making food they were all hiding in the back. Good thing there was one girl there, not sure who her name was but she had pink hair. We probably would have been there for another 30 minutes if she didn’t start speaking up for us.

Wish inventory was accurate. Tried saving time with app but donut choice was out. Had to wait to get acknowledgment to pick alternate. He was nice enough to give 2 for the inconvenience. Great customer service!

On my daily visit to Dunkin I waited patiently in drive thru for over 10 mins for two coffees with a huge line behind us watching three staff members just socializing casually not with customers either one was chatting with the other employee while the other was looking at a paycheck the picture below is my coffee I ordered and from the first sip I new it didn’t taste right and I normally get the same thing I miss the old workers who actually showed up for there job that would pay attention to detail very disappointed and disrespectful
