Poor coffee, had no doughnuts, which understand it was 8pm, but when you have one employee and I am assuming a family member or very close friend was being given a bag of food over the counter, and then i was served a cup of coffee that seemed like it was 3 weeks old, I turned around and same lady was right behind me to socialize with the youngman again...poor attention and service, plus feel I am owed for a coffee.

Seems like they purposely mess up orders. My husband comes to this location quite often and they repeat it back fine then give him the opposite of what his coffee order was. Not to mention I've been in the drive thru with my mother in law when they talked crap about my mother in law loud enough for us to hear in the car even though the worker just kept talking over us when we were ordering and that was why we got an attitude..they rush through everything..do not recommend this location
Omg love this location, friendly staff. I ordered the holiday cookie signature latte with cookie butter cold foam on top! So yummy! Made my morning

At 11am this morning, I had a really upsetting experience here. The drive-thru employee incorrectly made my drink twice this morning and when I tried to correct her the second time, she argued with me in front of her supervisor saying that she asked me multiple times and that I ordered it that way. I order the same drink every time I get Dunkin’, and I would not have ordered it the way she made it. She conducted herself extremely inappropriately and I actually started crying infront of her because I struggle with anxiety and I had no idea how to respond. I said I didn’t want the drink anymore after she was arguing with me about it and she smiled and sarcastically said “have a good day!” It felt extremely condescending as I didn’t do anything wrong. She handled the situation very poorly after she was corrected on her mistake. She made me very uncomfortable by arguing with and gaslighting me, especially in front of her supervisor. If you can refer to a video/audio recording of the situation, please do so. It was very upsetting and I hope that something can be done about her behavior.

Usually, they are *meh*. Today, this all changed when me and my fiance went through the drive thru super quick. We Ordered a coffee, 2 wake-up wraps, glazed donut and a strawberry frosted through the mobile app (which I always use). Pulled up to the speaker, let them know I had a mobile order they advised us they did not have the syrup I wanted for the coffee (new churro). I said okay and went with my usual, no big deal. Pull up to the window, they have no idea what I ordered. They're asking us for payment, which I already paid through the app. So we let them know everything we ordered. Gives us the donut bag first, one glazed and a chocolate frosted. Fiance does not like chocolate, which is why she ordered STRAWBERRY frosted. Didn't ask if we wanted to substitute with anything, just made up our minds for us. Asked us what else we are waiting on. Reminded them AGAIN what the order was. After a minute, hands us the bag with the wake-up wraps, which were put in hashbrown wrappers. They were cold in the middle. Strike 3. Also, think the guy at the window was cooked out of his mind. I don't usually write reviews but this left a sour taste in my mouth for this awful dunkin.
