tried to order a wrap and a sandwich, waited 20 minutes for them to bring out the sandwich no wrap. Waited another 25 minutes just for them to say they don’t have it. So in total 45 minutes waiting and we didn’t even done out with our order. Also half the time waiting there wasn’t even anyone making food they were all hiding in the back. Good thing there was one girl there, not sure who her name was but she had pink hair. We probably would have been there for another 30 minutes if she didn’t start speaking up for us.

Wish inventory was accurate. Tried saving time with app but donut choice was out. Had to wait to get acknowledgment to pick alternate. He was nice enough to give 2 for the inconvenience. Great customer service!

On my daily visit to Dunkin I waited patiently in drive thru for over 10 mins for two coffees with a huge line behind us watching three staff members just socializing casually not with customers either one was chatting with the other employee while the other was looking at a paycheck the picture below is my coffee I ordered and from the first sip I new it didn’t taste right and I normally get the same thing I miss the old workers who actually showed up for there job that would pay attention to detail very disappointed and disrespectful

Has been continuously going down hill. The girl at the window acts like customers are a bother. Food is always cold or burnt.

Poor coffee, had no doughnuts, which understand it was 8pm, but when you have one employee and I am assuming a family member or very close friend was being given a bag of food over the counter, and then i was served a cup of coffee that seemed like it was 3 weeks old, I turned around and same lady was right behind me to socialize with the youngman again...poor attention and service, plus feel I am owed for a coffee.

Seems like they purposely mess up orders. My husband comes to this location quite often and they repeat it back fine then give him the opposite of what his coffee order was. Not to mention I've been in the drive thru with my mother in law when they talked crap about my mother in law loud enough for us to hear in the car even though the worker just kept talking over us when we were ordering and that was why we got an attitude..they rush through everything..do not recommend this location
