TERRIBLE experience!! Ordered with no one else behind us inside. Just me and my wife. 5 other orders came in after us plus 2 deliveries; all but one were served before us. Ours hadn't even been worked on. Associates talking about us behind the cook area, claiming it was only 15 minutes when in fact it was nearly 30 minutes.

Horrible experience tonight - took 40 min to get a 2 piece meal. Nobody communicated that they had no chicken ready - even though the name of the place has the word chicken in it!!!!!! Lobby filled up - tempers were high very unprofessional and where was the manger …. HIDING letting their employee at the front counter take the brunt of the angry customers! People couldn’t even get a refund because manger was hiding!!! Do better Kentucky Fried!!!

All of the staff are incredibly rude. We were told upon arrival that our food would be out soon. We had ordered 30 minutes prior. After waiting 30 minutes we brought up that we had food waiting and wanted a refund. The staff waiting on us was dismissive and accused us of lying. We decided to let bygones be bygones and figure it out over the app. Despite that I am very disappointed in the customer service and think you should train the staff accordingly.
