Horrible experience tonight - took 40 min to get a 2 piece meal. Nobody communicated that they had no chicken ready - even though the name of the place has the word chicken in it!!!!!! Lobby filled up - tempers were high very unprofessional and where was the manger …. HIDING letting their employee at the front counter take the brunt of the angry customers! People couldn’t even get a refund because manger was hiding!!! Do better Kentucky Fried!!!

All of the staff are incredibly rude. We were told upon arrival that our food would be out soon. We had ordered 30 minutes prior. After waiting 30 minutes we brought up that we had food waiting and wanted a refund. The staff waiting on us was dismissive and accused us of lying. We decided to let bygones be bygones and figure it out over the app. Despite that I am very disappointed in the customer service and think you should train the staff accordingly.

Every time I come here it’s an issue, I’m so frustrated I order an extra biscuit and sauce but didn’t get any of it. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last I will not be stopping here any longer staff doesn’t even care about it I called and they just said “ It’s ok “ and hung up on me

I enjoy coming here because I see workers always cleaning and I usually never have to wait to have my order taken (shoutout to the guy cashier who helped me figure out the best combo meal). Food is hot and not greasy like other spots. If you’re around, this is the KFC to stop at

The chicken from this palace of culinary excellence can only be described as an occult object. The taste and texture will infect your dreams like a virus. I warn you, because I have not been able to stop thinking about it and it's been decades. I say decades, because this wonderful example of perfection gives you superhuman powers. I haven't aged at all after eating a double dookie dunk it bucket, I have telekinesis, and it even cured my homosexuality, so there is a downside. Come to this location if you want to eat the meal of your life. Cannot recommend it more. Put your phone down, get your fat ass in the car, and buy some scrumptious chicken.

This order was placed by someone without a cell phone who is unable to keep up with the payments of such a device and furthermore many people who I make deliveries for have no desire to download an app for every restaurant that they wish to visit so the lack of being able to order by phone is a great disservice and this restaurant chain should be ashamed of themselves. Well pick up and to go is easy for getting in and out and some of the boobs are comfortable but the chairs are not also and this is a very common complaint I've heard from multiple people about this chain is that the loss of the potato skins/ original fries is sad combined with the rising prices this review must be in the mixed and negative

Ok the chicken is great but I love thighs lol...the last two times they put all beasts in our bucket and I've only done drive through twice.

5:30 pm both chicken breast dry and hard. Replacements just as bad. 2nd replacements were suspiciously wet beyond a beyond soggy!!. Didn’t eat it and left. . Won’t be back due to odd looks from the crew!!!!
