Apparently you can't get 95% of the menu after 10pm. The ONLY advantages a fast food place has over local places is price and availability. The food hasnt been cheaper for a while, and now theyre claiming to be open past 10 but refusing to make the majority of the menu. You can't even get certain sodas? Myers it's the same god damn machine. It might as well mean you aren't open. It's like you're actively trying to anger your customer base, and you succeeded

i went to walk into the womans batbroom and before i went in there was a lady (customer)sitting at the table and advised me to not go in because there was more than 1 man in the woman’s bathroom.. the mans bathroom was getting cleaned.. the worker told him to fo in there since she was cleaning the mens batbroom . i went to informed an employee, a big heavy set guy that had a burgundy button up. all he can say is , “the guy is out “ …. sarcastically. this is a shame . this happened today right now about 1:45pm on october 24, 2024…

Whens the last time you got a rare quarter pounder? Went thru the drive thru sat 10/5/24. The menu was off and they said all they had were quarter pounders, fries and nuggets. Order to handoff was over ten minuets. And they undercooked the qpc by a mile, it was actually rare.

Fantastic time! Typical crummy interior mcdonald's but the worker did her job and more! Workers were above and beyond for a minimum wage job and they made the food exactly as wanted. The worker that I think did best was "Ava" as she listened and unlike the subway down the road ACTUALLY got my order exactly as I wanted it

The manager was extremely rude, the staff was great but the manager was unwilling to help correct my problem. I'm so extremely disappointed that I will make sure I tell everyone to never go to this mcdonalds.
Item I ordered was served to me incorrectly. When I went back in and told them I received the wrong breakfast sandwich they told me they already made it and to bring in my husband's to prove that I did not get the sandwich that I wanted. I had two different individuals arguing with me that they needed to see all the food and that the correct food was made. I finally said I want my money back. Terrible customer service. One good note, a gentleman that was working did come over and did take care of refunding me my money for my food. The service for the amount of the product should be much better than this.

I had specifically and directly asked for my food to be “out of fryer” which means freshly cooked. The first time I went around, both my fries and my nuggets were luke warm. The second time I went around I was apologizing profusely for being “that guy” but I asked for my food to be “out of fryer” because of my long car ride. I didn’t mind the wait, because working in fast food myself, I can understand that food can take a bit to cook. So when I got my second set of food, the nuggets were out of fryer. The fries were not even like warm. They were cold, mushy, and depressingly sad looking/feeling. When I arrived at my destination, my expectation (because of the specific “out of fryer” request) was that my food would be warm-ish still. Once again, the nuggets were expected. Just how I asked. However the fries were ice cold, and hard as a rock. Plus during my drive thru experience, the woman assisting me asked and I quote “Do you smoke cigarettes?” and when I responded “No.” her response was “It’s going to be a long night.”
