I would like to file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up at the drive-thru, the employee serving the food was not wearing gloves and handled the food directly with their hands. I find this unhygienic and completely inappropriate. As a customer, I did not feel cared for or respected. McDonald’s should pay much closer attention to these basic hygiene practices, as they directly affect the health and safety of customers. Situations like this should not happen.

They made me wait forever to bring me the entire wrong order and when i went back in to tell them they were incredibly rude like I was being difficult for wanting the food I ordered instead of what was clearly someone elses food. The manager was rude and didnt want to help, the staff were vaping in the store and handling food and every customer in the store was annoyed and complaining. Never a good experience at this location.

I myself have never been to this particular McDonald's. I was in someone else's car, when the driver took a quick detour, using the drive thru. As we were leaving, he handed me a chicken sandwich, asking me if I was hungry. I love these sandwiches while they are still at least warm. There was no line, no waiting at the time, so my surprise chicken sandwich was a delicious, unexpected treat 😋

Went to Brooklyn McDonald’s on rt 6 by cvs. Ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg and hash brown. Came up to 950. I looked at my daughter and said now that’s highway robbery. Never again will I go to McDonald’s

Definitely lack going above and beyond on customer service. Placed a mobile order and they couldn’t “locate” the order in their system but had proof of the order and had already paid and even when showing this them they wanted me to essentially pay twice in order for them to make the order. Walked out with nothing and canceled my order entirely on the mobile app.

I order today for breakfast and was missing half of my order. Was very upset the person giving the food looked didn’t know what he was doing.drive 30 minutes home noticed my order missing! not going for a while. I tried calling to let them know and nothing. I do have my receipt

Want $20 an hour but unable to preform services to even a $5 scale. Business is slow; management needs reset. Employees delivering food to cars waiting over 20 minutes after waiting in drive through 30 minutes vaping while delivering at a snails pace.

I was having such a hard time getting my app code to appear upon ordering. This wonderful worker, named Sonya, was incredible. She was so sweet and quickly guided me to fixing the issue, getting my code to appear. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The way she greet us, helped us and gave us well wishes for a good day, I hope I get her every time I go to this drive thru. I’d give her bring stars if I could.

This is the second McDonald’s. I walked out on in a week. Nobody is around anymore to take care of you at the front and you stand there waiting and getting ignored and that’s not just one store. It appears to be all of them. Very poor system.
