Went in again for Combination 3 and chicken fingers. Both very good. Pleased once again with the take out.

Best Chinese food in the area. There are many Chinese places around the Northeast part of Connecticut but number one kitchen takes the cake.

Food is always excellent. Got a meal that wasn't so excellent, and when I complained, they replaced the entire meal. Couldn't ask for better service.

Good portions and good prices. Food came out hot and fresh in good time. I got Hunan chicken I never had it before but it was very good.

The worst food i have ever tasted. I have never done this before , but someone ( hopefully not me) is going to get sick.Tonight for the first and last time I tried #1 Chinese Restaurant in Brooklyn, CTI knew something was off when I got back into the car. The smell was like cooked dumpster.I tried the veggie fried rice. That is were the dumpster smell came from . I had one tablespoonful. The broccoli looked off , the whole dish smelled like cooked dumpster. I suspect the oil was rancid and so were the veggies. The rest of the food is now in my dumpster.I don't like to get a business in trouble, but you need to protect the publicThe worst food i have ever tasted.I guess you can and should judge a book by its cover. The place is run down and looks poorly kept and poorly cleaned

No.1 Chinese if you like food poisoning. I got the boneless ribs and broccoli and beef. I've never had my stomach in so much pain and so much gas. I was sick with cold and hot sweats and the gas was absolutely horrible. The beef butt bombs that were exploding out of my rear end were painful and the smell was wretched. My wife literally left the house for the night and stayed at her sister's house. The gas lasted close to 20 hours. My bathroom literally smelt like beef butt bombs for close to 4 days it was horrific.

Really bummed, I’ve been craving Chinese for MONTHS .. was super excited to get it but it ended up being some of the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The rice, teriyaki chicken , boneless ribs etc literally had NO FLAVOR except for a bit of saltiness. The only thing I kinda like was the chicken fingers. Also the inside of the building smelled like urine??? I’m hoping all of this was just because I ordered 40 min before close … maybe everything would be better if it was earlier in the day and freshly made???

Each time I order take out from here I'm not disappointed. Decided to eat in this past weekend and the service was fast for it being a Saturday. Delicious food for a great price.

This is a bare bones Chinese restaurant, a few tables and a handful of chairs, but clearly the intent is primarily take-out. The employee seemed nice enough, at least not rude. The important thing about any restaurant is the food, though, and that's why I can't recommend this over Ocean Palace just down the road. The house special won ton soup was something different, and ultimately the only thing I enjoyed. The "crab rangoons" are anything but. There's no crab, only sweet cream cheese. They're also not rangoons, which are pinched top dough purses. Pedantic difference maybe. The mei fun was just as bland as it looks. Bottom line: save yourself the frustration, go down the street and get good food.

Horrible tasted like whatever grease they used was burnt, nasty, plus the inside was disgusting dirty. I wouldn't even feed that to my dog
