I just need to rave a little about an expirience i had with 2 wonderful employees recently! Debbie and Emma, i work in the plaza and had ordered my lunch ahead so it was ready for pick up that way i didn't have to wait. I arrived to find my lunch had been repossessed by another individual. Debbie and Emma were so apologetic and quickly remade my order! Thank you both for turning what could have been a negative experience into something positive! BTW the sandwich was delicious! you can tell there was a lot of care put into making it. I had tried to leave a review on subways site but ot appears subway only wants ti hear about the negative, such a shame when they have such wonderful employees working for them

This is by far the friendliest subway in the area. The employees are kind, tbe food is good. Love this place. Its not the closest location to me, but it's the one I come to most often because of the welcoming employees.

If I could give less than one star I would. This business is clearly run so poorly. The people working there are so unprofessional. I have gone in there a couple times, and there are 2 or 3 good workers. The older woman in the morning is good and 2 of the younger girls one has glasses she’s great the rest are awful. They make bad subs and give terrible service. Clearly don’t want to be there. Always yelling and sitting at the tables. Half the time they don’t even get up to serve me like they don’t think their at work. Don’t know how this place is still open with how gross it is and how bad their food looks and the ice is never working and things are poorly stocked. I’ve gone to the place in killingly Too and it’s the same people and the same horrible treatment for customers. I hope people see this and stop bothering to go to this place. Jersey Mikes is way better. With the staff this place has and the awful food and customer service and prices… this place should be shut down.

The WORST subway I’ve ever ordered from. My sub had barely any tuna on it. The onions were very strong and looked old. The lettuce was very minimal. It’s basically like I just ordered bread.. I ordered from the App and I know they did this because I wasn’t physically there to watch them make it.. very greedy on the veggies.. I will never ever order from here again!

This place is horrible I order here for the first time last night. I waited over an hour for the food then they voided the order. And still took the money out of the account but now I’m going to have wait all week to get this money back. If not of course I’m going to sue. But if they are planing not to do someone’s order don’t make them wait almost two hours this is the worse service I’ve ever had.

Slow to be greeted by a woman on her phone, did not change her gloves and proceeded to slooowly make the 2 easy subs i ordered off of the menu. no intention no enthusiasm and went back on her phone while waiting for my card to process. also, the drink cooler was wide open and the first 4 rows of all beverages were warm. either poor restocking method or the door had been open for quite some time. haven’t been to a subway in a while, not planning on returning to this one anytime soon...$35 for poor service 2 subs and 2 drinks? miss the $5 footlong days……

I ordered two foot longs, a meatball and a TUNA…..what I got was a meatball and a turkey. Turkey is probably my husband’s least favorite sandwich. Plus, my meatball was microwaved instead of toasted, soft and chewy. The bread was so chewy that it was impossible to bite it without the meatballs falling out….i have the sauce on my shirt to prove it. This visit was a total flop! Not in a hurry to return.
