Why is it that middle eastern owned subways do not except coupons?? Why?? I told the guy today he was cheap and just left his store. He is more concerned about making money than allowing customers to have a break here and there.

Most terrible experience I've ever had of a small grinder. Way over priced for a small grinder. Almost 10.00 with hardly anything on it. You can get a large with a good amount of meat and veggies for under 10.00 and it's so good, much fresher from Big Y

This review is for the Subway at the Eastbrook mall. The very best Subway around. The owner works the store daily and everything goes as it should. Very friendly bordering on family, all the elements of the meal are fresh, the service is cleanly and efficient. A great meal everytime.

This is by far the best subway I have ever been to. So good that I felt inclined to leave a review. My sandwich was crafted to perfection. The bread is divine and has the perfect fluff factor. I will 10/10 drive 40 minutes to visit again for this experience.

I walked into this Subway location today around 11:50AM with my infant in tow. Both young girls working were in the back and when they heard me come in, they came out with zero urgency. I ordered a 6-inch sandwich. After placing my order, I did not watch the girl making my sandwich. I was watching my infant and proceeded to get a bag of chips and attempt to get a drink while the sandwich was in the toaster. There was no ice in the drink machine which the second girl working said they would take to the back to fill with ice. I placed my cup on the counter and no one took it back. As the girl making my sandwich was putting vegetables on I told her (after realizing), "I ordered a 6 inch, not a foot long" and, after clear annoyance/silence, she proceeded to say - "Well now I have to change the entire transaction." Oh, I'm sorry. How about listening? I walked out, did not pay, did not take the food and took my business elsewhere. These girls have terrible attitudes, terrible customer service and I will not be returning to this location.
Their bread was so hard it hurt my gums to eat. I would have complained but last time I did I got a too bad so sad. From the looks of the reviews talking to the owner is useless. So I guess I’m now done with subway, might look at the stores south of me and hope there’s different people owning it. It’s really sad when You can’t hit McDonalds quality.

I went there today with my boyfriend, purchased a few grinders and two drinks….and he found bugs in his ice. The employee working was extremely nice, we didn’t see the bugs until we arrived home. I tried to call to inform them, but there was no answer after multiple attempts. I just felt the owner should be aware of this issue.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki and it was raw and not well done leaving a bad after taste in my mouth so i told to owner and he never fixed it
