Understaffed on a Friday night. Was waiting for a good chunk of time in line (at least 10 minutes) and then was asked to pull up to the door to wait for someone to bring my food to me (i ordered 1 party pack of supreme soft tacos...). I was parked behind another car, who waited in front of me. She got her food after 15 minutes of waiting and then i noticed she must have had a wrong order so she went back inside. My food came another 5 to 10 minutes after the woman in front of me went inside. I do not blame the employees there, because there was only TWO. Management issue... but i am dissapointed they gave me a mix of hard and soft tacos... instead of just soft shell.... and they werent supreme, and i didnt get any of my sauce for all the tacos💔

My experience was horrible. The service we received was terrible and it made myself and my passengers feel unwelcomed. We ordered in the drive thru and the person on the speaker was speaking in an annoyed tone and was very short with us. The food took forever to come out although it was only one other car that ordered food. On top of all of that, both my car and the other customer did not receive all of our food and it was all incorrect. Specifically, my car ordered a number six, which includes two tacos, we asked for them hard shell, the worker on the speaker repeated the order and then told us that it only came with one (even in the end we received two). When we received our food they were soft shell tacos. Outrageously, the meal cost 16 dollars for two tacos?? Definitely felt overcharged. Furthermore, the food sucked. Would not recommend going to this establishment during the night shift.

went with friends to get midnight snack. lady at drive thru was very rude. they then proceeded to hand us the wrong order, saying it was ours. I had to hand the food to the right car who was parked right next to us... then they gave us our "correct meal" which was also wrong. like completely wrong. probably overcharged too. 16 dollars for two chips and two soft tacos?? when she ordered hard tacos and the lady even repeated it back... anyways. horrible service would not go back.

Night shift staff needs to change. Several times I’ve had to wait for over 5min at the speaker before even ordering. Once we waited for over 5min before ordering, We were told they were super busy and understaffed. The food was burnt, we had to go inside, wait even longer for replacement food. Only one person was on line preparing food, they kept going back and forth to the back where we heard staff talking and laughing. We were there a total of about 25 min if not more. Ridiculous for an order of crispinadas and one drink.

The employees are polite but every time I go to eat there the tables are never cleaned there's always crumbs or sauce on the table. Had to clean my own table.

I was just with 3 adults and 1 kid in the car and the women inside said we can’t order any more that we “reached our max” which was only two meals. Me and the child had to what now go inside to order separately. We were all using the one same card. I never heard that before. It’s was like she just didn’t want to work and wanted to push customer out the door. It wasn’t even busy.

Food was delicious. I ordered 12 tacos, 3 burritos and 12 cinnabun delights bites. The order was finished and I was out the door in about 8 minutes exactly as I ordered it. The people who work there are always very pleasant and polite. Will definitely be ordering again!
Just like the review from a week ago, I also got food poisoning from taco bell and had to go to the ER... I ordered the cantina chicken bowl. The workers here are kind so I’ll give service 5 stars, but aside from that…

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and 2 soft tacos, ate them, a few hours later I started getting nauseous. I then threw up and have been puking every hour or so. I know this feeling as I’ve experienced it before. Brooklyn Taco Bell gave me food poisoning. Thanks, appreciate it. I will never be getting any Taco Bell ever again.
