Not sure who the lady that took my order was. Went through the drive thru 5/20 @6:35. Lady was very rude not just to me but the car in front of me. Pretty sad I like that Dunkin. Wish I got her name or id call this in. The rest of the staff was very nice though

Best latte, but never a change in donuts, if so very rare. Doesn't happen often, but you may wanna check your stuff before u walk out of u order online

This is actually the worst Dunkin you can go to. Sat at the menu waiting to order, no one in front of me, for several minutes without even being told “we’ll be right with you”, they only started talking once I asked “hello?” Several times and never acknowledged the wait. Ordered 3 donuts and an ice coffee. Was handed the three donuts then proceeded to wait on the ice coffee for several MINUTES. The coffee was also entered as “hot” instead of iced. The whole transaction took at least 10 minutes. There was no one in front of me and I counted at least 4 people working? They had cars wrapped around the building and into the main road when I exited the drive through. They need to do something at this location, it’s a joke that I’ll opt to drive to Plainfield because Canterbury continues to be so wildly inefficient.

Staff seems more concerned with making friends than serving their customers efficiently. They are always out of things (oatmilk, the good bagels, etc.) and take FOREVER! Like, any other Dunkin anywhere adds 5 minutes to your commute; this place adds 15-20. That is not worth it when half the time I can't get what I want and am then trapped in the drive thru line because you can't get out of it with the poor design at this location.
