AVOID IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! I am currently sitting with my 2.5 year old at CCMC because their incompetent staff doesn’t understand food allergies. This was after a close call 2 weeks ago when they brought out a bun that had been buttered and I caught it just before our daughter ate it (She has allergies to dairy, eggs and nuts). This place used to be very good but has absolutely gone downhill. It’s especially disappointing because they advertise that they’re “top 10 with food allergies.” If that’s true, they have NOT considered the Canton location in their evaluation. Literally Five Guys was more conscious and safe! Pleaseeeee, if you care about your family, do not eat here. This is coming from a place of love, not hate 💔

I try to never leave a bad review but honestly my experience at this restaurant last week was just so bad. As someone with a severe gluten allergy, eating out is usually more stressful than fun but I have never had an issue with 110 Grille. This was my first time at this location. We walked into an empty restaurant and still had to wait 8 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was friendly and the appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip was enjoyable. I ordered the apricot shrimp risotto and what I received was a pulverized bowl of crunchy rice and liquid that wasn’t absorbed. My shrimp tasted like it was microwaved. We waved the manager over after waiting 8 minutes for someone to come check on us and I let her know my rice was undercooked. She left the plate on the table, said “okay” and went into the kitchen, did not wash her hands or pull her hair back and started making me a new risotto. I know this because it is an open kitchen and I had a clear shot. The waitress came over to check on us I told her about my dinner and that the manager knows because she’s making me a new one with her hair down. At that point I didn’t want anything else to eat. I feel cheated and it ruined my date night. I won’t be returning there. That manager needs retraining . Such a shame since good gluten free options are hard to find.

I had the pleasure of dining at 110 Grill Canton, and I must say, it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely divine, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. The menu offered a range of creative and delicious options, and the attention to detail was impressive.

I had a phenomenal experience this afternoon today at 110 Grill, and overall, I was impressed with the food and service. Kitchen Manager Luis is clearly a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional food. The dishes that Luis's team prepared were creative, flavorful, and visually appealing. The attention to detail was evident, and the presentation was impressive. I was impressed with Luis's leadership and the overall quality of the food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 110 Grill, and I was blown away by the exceptional service and food quality. But what truly impressed me was the outstanding leadership of Kitchen Manager Luis.

Luis's attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to motivate his team were evident throughout our meal. The kitchen was a well-oiled machine, with each dish expertly prepared and presented.

What struck me most was Luis's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He took the time to check in with us, ensure that our meal was to our liking.

Under Luis's guidance, the 110 Grill kitchen team delivered a truly exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend 110 Grill to anyone looking for outstanding food and service, and I applaud Luis for his exceptional leadership.

This was my second bad experience here. Waited for our food both time for 45 minutes for it to be cold and comes out a different times for everyone at the table. I will not be returning again.

I usually go to the restaurant in Southington but the restaurant in Canton was also very nice.

Food was great, service was great. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because the menu said “add a side salad to any entree for $7” so after a long day I was starving and decided to add a side salad. When I got my meal it came with no fries, so I assumed the waitress misheard me and replaced my fries with salad. When the bill came I got charged the $7 and asked the waitress. She confirmed you pay $7 for the side salad and it replaces your side. Menu is misleading and $19 for a burger and $7 on top is a rip off. Crazy because my wife got a plate of gnocchi, so next time I’ll have her order the side salad…

Was there yesterday for Valentine's Day late lunch/early dinner. The visual was very appealing; however, the floor was "crummy." I realized after we got home and looked at the takeout menu, that my dish was MISSING 3-4 ingredients....snap peas, sesame seeds, mushrooms to name a few...not very happy.

Vegetarian options: There were maybe 2.

My wife and I went there today for lunch. She ordered a veggie burger burger I ordered clam chowder and roasted brussels sprouts. So our food came out in a timely fashion Our waiter was very good. I looked at the brussels sprouts and saw that they were essentially raw brussels sprouts that had been under a broiler for two or three minutes. They were in no way shape or form roasted. They were cold inside not soft at all, and it had absolutely no seasoning! Wow… They should be ashamed. Seriously throwing plain brussels sprouts under a broiler for a few minutes and then charging $11 ,not so good. so I proceeded to try my clam chowder. It was lukewarm. It essentially was clam chowder out of a can like perhaps Campbell’s or some store brand. That again was $11. Couldn’t finish it it actually started to give me indigestion as I ate it. I asked my wife how her vegetable burger was and she said it’s OK but nothing like what they used to serve. when we first started coming here right after they opened, the food was fantastic. The service was phenomenal. Now it just seems like They are just putting in their time getting through the day and serving substandard food for high-end prices. Avoid this place at all cost going forward. Apparently the bean counters have taken over this place!. And it’s not-worth spending your money on.

Sorry-overpriced. Cream corn risotto?? Chef Ramsey would walk out. Rice with peppers and a few kernels of corn IS NOT risotto.
Expect to pay close to $100 with one appetizer, two meals and non-alcoholic beverages. Overheard another customer saying the same thing about the risotto while I was there. Save your money!

I was very disappointed with my lunch. The grilled cheese sandwich was subpar and the cheese was not melted well. The tomato soup was too creamy and was delivered at room temperature. I will not be returning, I’m sorry to say.
