We came here for dinner and ended up getting a variety of apps, tacos, and small plates so that we could try a little bit of everything. The food and cocktails were very good. We went around 5PM to beat the dinner rush, and the service was great. Looking forward to coming back in the spring/summer to sit outside.

Went for a steak with my wife and two daughters. Ordered my filet medium rare and got a dried out and burnt piece of meat. My wife ordered hers medium because she’s pregnant and got a rare piece of meat that I ate, and we both ordered crab cakes with our steaks that never made it to our table. My daughter’s side came out 10 minutes after her entree and my other daughter never got soy sauce with her sushi even after we asked twice. When the bill came, it wasn’t itemized and I can’t help but feel ripped off on top of being extremely let down. We came here tonight instead of going to Capital Grille because we didn’t want to drive over the mountain. In retrospect, the 15 minutes we saved were not worth the frustration or sub par food.

Maybe it was a bad night but our dinner was very disappointing. The pork belly was 90% fat. My 36.00 pan seared scallops were slightly bigger than bay scallops Bummer. I really enjoyed it the 4-5x we have eaten there before. I should have stuck with @thebarn. It’s 5 min from my house.

The vibe here is very modern chic. Kind of a cross between Farmington Wood n Tap and Max Downton. Menu geared towards Japanese/ American.I had one cocktail and the chicken and cheese rice bowl. It was all very good. Moderately priced. Not the time to try sushi. Lol!-which leads to my only complaint. I got stood up so i was alone. Figured who cares. I was 20 mins late 8:20p. So i got moved to upper bar area and put in the corner which i would have wanted had i been with someone. Lastly, the couple in front of me got offered The dessert menu. I got the check. Lol. Very good though

Had dinner tonight and it was phenomenal. It was a very busy night, but our server Blake was outstanding. He remembered us from eating there once a year ago and even though they were busy, he was not flustered at all. He was very efficient and attentive. Very good service. The sashimi platter came with a mini tropical ice sculpture. Sushi and Kani salad were delicious.

We ordered salads. The tables around us had their full meals and ate. Our salads never came. Our waitress tried to give us our check thinking they did (she never checked on us) and our salads had still not come. Terrible service! How do you try to get people to pay and not check to see if their food ever came?
