Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Catering

We had Ben and Jerry's Catering CT come as a surprise for my niece's graduation party and it was a massive hit! Our server was wonderful! The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were perfect and plentiful. We've had ice cream trucks in the past and this blew them out of the water! I highly recommend! 5 stars!

Not only did they get to stop work early but, they couldn’t stop raving about the Ice Cream your company was able to provide. Went in 40 minutes before closing. There was a group of 6 or 7 teenagers inside and I asked if they were in line or not and they said yes and walked up to order. Three employees were working at the time. Only one of them was helping customers while the other two cleaned. I waited for about ten minutes and she wasn’t even half way done with the people In front of me. No one ever even acknowledged that I was even there. Total lack of training and management, zero social distancing enforcement, and kids more concerned about cleaning and going home than the customers keeping them employed.

Stopped in at 11:55 am to buy an ice cream cake. Store was open but the associate wouldn’t sell a cake until noon - official open time. Great lesson on how to lose a customer.

I had ben and Jerry's cater an event for one of my family members this past year. Amanda was amazing and did an awesome job of setting expectations. When the staff got there, Elliot was courteous and cheerful and did a great job. The flavors were exactly what I had requested and even had the Tonight Dough which I thought was only a limited release! I would definitely recommend them to anyone for family gathering and I'm sure they would be great for a corporate function as well!

Excellent!! We had Ben & Jerry's cater an employee appreciation event at our Glastonbury, CT office and everyone loved it! Everything from setting up the event details with Amanda to the super fun "Scoop Truck" pulling up to surprise our employees was seamless. Emily, who was our caterer for the event was very nice and accommodating. She arrived early to set up the table for our yummy ice cream sundae toppings and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend Ben & Jerry's Catering CT for your next event!

You have been an incredible creative collaborator for wedding events and fundraisers and people are still talking about your gracious staff, delicious offerings, flexibility, and detail-oriented planning. I even threw some surprises your way and you ran with them, joyfully. We used Ben & Jerrys catering for our 4th of July party. The person who coordinated it was very nice and accommodating. The scooper was very fast at serving everyone. It was great for the party everyone really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend.

We were so excited when we found Ben and Jerry's catering. We hired them for a summer party. 50 plus people, order the top of the line Sundae party, paid for extra flavors, extra hours all the toppings! The catering coordinator Amanda was very nice, good follow up to the date of the party.
