Just ordered pick up and the food portion I received was a joke! I couldn’t believe they would serve this to anyone. For the amount of money they charge is just ridiculous! Don’t waste your money go elsewhere.

12/9 I placed a delivery order through the app and was delivered in timely manner with a great cash tip for the driver.

Food arrived cold, barely anything in the bowl, sides requested include brown guacamole, sour cream looked sus and not fresh that I couldn’t barely eat any.

I’ve had an issue at this location before in-person or delivery few years back, did an online pick up and they improved on what was wrong with it. Now it just another bad experience - already filled out a complaint through Pepper Chat.

We ordered online and came to pick up on time. There were not many people ordering but I could not find my food on the pick up shelf. Actually no food bags on the shelf at all, and I could see some ready to pick up bags behind the cash register.
I asked the cashier if my food was ready telling my name but they said it was not there. After 10 minutes, I asked again and they said the same thing. Other people came and picked up, but still mine was not. after 20 minutes waiting, I asked and told my name again. And they found my bag way back of all the bags. it was ready already when I came and they didn't even try to find it. I didn't want to come to this location again.

whoever made my order did it completely wrong. i got charged for double chicken but didn’t even get a regular sized portion of chicken. charged for a tortilla on the side but didn’t get that. i also asked for corn in my bowl got none, and also did not ask for sour cream and got extra in mine. this is the worst chipotle i ever been to the staff is terrible.

SKIMPING. I ordered half chicken, half carnitas. I got 4 small pieces of chicken and one chunk of carnitas. This place is actively filling bowls with rice and skimping out on meat portions. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. This crap is FAR too expensive for them to be pulling this.

The worst experience I’ve had by far. Employees were throwing around the items I was purchasing. When I asked for vinaigrette the rolled their eyes when there was a pitcher of it in the back. The employee stated it was not for sale. Respectfully will not be returning to do employee attitude.
