The worst experience I’ve had by far. Employees were throwing around the items I was purchasing. When I asked for vinaigrette the rolled their eyes when there was a pitcher of it in the back. The employee stated it was not for sale. Respectfully will not be returning to do employee attitude.

I order to go/pickup here at this location frequently, I've never had any issues. It's always ready on time and my orders are correct.

Horrible location. Chipotle has gone downhill. Tables filthy. Apparently nobody cleans here. Lazy Z Gen workers. No napkins. Had to ask three times for napkins. A worker gave me 2 napkins. Toilets filthy too, no toilet paper. This location is a total mess run by incompetent workers who couldn’t care less. Rice undercooked and meat overcooked! I guess minimum wage doesn’t motivate young people anymore. Depressing.

I went this morning. My order was 30 minutes late and they blamed it on being short staffed, but they were open. Would not recommend coming in the staff Was rude.

My family and I visited this Chipotle location tonight and were really disappointed by the cleanliness and food handling standards. The dining area was dirty, tables hadn’t been wiped down, the floors needed sweeping, and the trash bins were overflowing. The bathroom was also in poor condition, which added to our concern.

The food prep area was especially messy, with ingredients spilled all over and guacamole that had clearly started browning. Several employees did not appear to be practicing good hygiene. One was visibly sweating and leaning over the food being made, and another had dirt or paint on his face and what looked like dried food or debris around his mouth.

By the time we got our food, we honestly felt uneasy about eating it. We’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but tonight’s visit left us questioning whether we’d return to this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

Chipotle is my go-to guilty pleasure when it comes to fast food Mexican. It’s the burrito equivalent of McDonald’s being a hamburger joint—consistent, predictable, and exactly what I expect every time. Is it authentic? No. Is it delicious in that “I-know-what-I’m-doing-to-myself” kind of way? Absolutely. I’d probably go more often, but my wife hates it, so it’s more of a solo mission when I do. Whether it’s a bowl, burrito, or tacos, it hits the spot when the craving hits. Not fancy, not perfect—but dependable, and sometimes that’s all you need.

17 dollar burrito no ice

Visited at 8pm on a Friday. No chicken, no guacamole and no ice for my soda. And no clean tables to seat. They were seating around chatting rather than clean the dirty tables for the next customers. And the trash bins are all full (see photo) I’m wondering if they even have a store manager or if they were out sick.

Started closing at 9:30pm, website and establishment state it’s closed at 11pm. The chicken in my bowl consisted of just one half breast of chicken, no pieces just a slab of meat. Employees acted annoyed when I had arrived, like I hadn’t arrived an hour and a half before closing.

I ordered a bowl with chicken, fajita veggies and beans + toppings. I received a bowl that only had the toppings and had steak instead.
