A friend of mine and myself went kayaking on a Monday. Most of the restaurants in Collinsville were closed. We were blessed to find Dish n Dat open. The place rocked with a retro vibe. We met our waitress Jess H and her son Zack. They were so wonderful and so was the food. The menu is amazing, the options for food is unbelievable. What made it better was that Jess H. checked on us all the time if we needed anything and her son Zack brought our food with a big smile. I will be going there again. A+
