A friend of mine and myself went kayaking on a Monday. Most of the restaurants in Collinsville were closed. We were blessed to find Dish n Dat open. The place rocked with a retro vibe. We met our waitress Jess H and her son Zack. They were so wonderful and so was the food. The menu is amazing, the options for food is unbelievable.
