Only this dunkin makes my order wrong every time. I have a very simple order a medium ice coffee with 5 creams and 2 sugars. I have continued to go there only because its the closest to my work when im running behind. I have taken the time to write out a review today because while I was ordering my coffee they would repeat back the order totally wrong they said 12 creams no sugar. I was patient and repeated my order back several times. And they would say 12 creams 9 sugars. I realized they were messing with me when i can hear staff in the background laughing and commenting on how funny it was. I decided not to react. They finally repeated back my order correctly and when i got my coffee it was made wrong again with 7 creams and no sugar. The management really needs to train their employees better and the staff needs to be monitored for unprofessional behavior.

I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! Thanks Dunkin on Albany Tnpk :) the little things in life that make and dont break good moments are meant to be shared and rejoiced.

I'm sorry but if I'm using a drive-thru to order a piece of bread with grape jam and strawberry jam and paying over $5 for it I expect it to at least be put on the bread spread this is very disappointing The whole reason for paying $5 for a piece of bread is convenience not so I can work over it.

Ordered a large hot chocolate. With whipped cream… please explain why half of it is gone? I didn’t drink any of it but when peaking into the cup to see that I was shocked. There is a 4 inch difference. I don’t really see why whipped cream should be taking up half the cup. Why even pay for a large.

This is the only Dunkin' donuts that my boss and I go to almost every morning. They are the only people who get the orders correct and quickly every other Dunkin' donuts around simsbury Avon all those towns suck Canton Dunkin donuts is a place to go if you want something done right

I've had good experiences here at this Dunkin so far. The service was always quick and friendly. I usually place an order ahead on the app so I can get those points for free items.My current favorite is their medium hot coffee with skim milk and butter pecan flavor. So good. It also depends on the season too; sometimes I like getting their regular iced lattes, The Charli cold foam, chai lattes, and pumpkin spice lattes. I also like their donuts and sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant.The building is nice and updated. Only downfall is getting in and out of the parking lot on a busy day. They did mess up once but I'm sure we all have our bad days too, so I won't fault them. We ordered a large black iced coffee but they gave us iced tea, we went back to get the correct item. Overall, definitely my go-to Dunkin in the area.
