Emerald City Smoothie

Honestly, this place kind of just sucks. I stopped to grab something somewhat healthy for lunch, this was not it. I’m not sure why in the world the staff member would serve this to me, it was literally shaved ice in a cup & it had no flavor whatsoever. If I didn’t have to go back to work, I would had went back and asked for a refund. I drank what I could because it was almost $14 for a shake and a water, ridiculous.

My acai bowl was mediocre at best. I added peanut butter and protein powder and my bowl was $17. I almost passed out when they said how much it was. I would pay that for a great tasting, high quality bowl but everything tasted cheap and it was very disappointing.

The smoothies are a delicious and healthy treat, and the staff always makes me feel welcome!

Love their Acai bowls, just wish there was nutritional information, which they have None for ANY of their items. Just thought that was a little odd. Makes me wonder if they are healthy at all

I specified that I have a peanut and dairy allergy. I verified that the smoothie I ordered (lean out) did not have dairy and was assured that there was no whey protein or dairy. I started to drink it and realized I was starting an allergic reaction. I went back to double check that there was no dairy. I was told no dairy but I asked to read the package for myself. Milk was one of the top ingredients and I pointed it out to the employee who was helping me. I asked for a refund and the employee got mad and said there was no dairy and made it seem like it was my fault. I got the refund but was told they were still going to charge my card for the tip I initially left. I asked to change that and the employee told me to “just leave.” Will not be returning. Employees need to be educated on food allergy safety. Hopefully this helps someone else with similar food allergies.

they workers are always so attentive and welcoming!! I would recommend, they are very personable and great smoothies!!

People that work there are super nice and super willing to accommodate my allergies.

They overfilled my bowl and it spilled everywhere when i opened it. the açaí was also melted

Got a craving, they delivered. Good size and quality for the money and open later than others in the area. Need a smoothie at 5:30 on a Sunday? They got you. Very friendly too, definitely be back

I got their nutty banana smoothie and it is disgusting. You can barely taste the peanut butter and I don't know what they used for chocolate, but it tastes exactly like the artificial Hershey's chocolate syrup. It is so sweet I can feel the sugar and other artificial garbage it's made of burning down my throat. This is an awful protein shake. If I wasn't already halfway home (30 mins away) I would have turned around and returned it. This is not worth almost $10.

Good, but way overpriced. And ingredient substitions are not free (at least not with proteins).

Good and fast

My first time ever walking into this establishment and I was extremely thrown back at how the woman that took my order was very rude. She really made me feel that she is racist! The service at this establishment was the first for me. I have received smoothies through a coworker picking them up and they tasted great, but when I went to pick mine up myself for the first time the taste of the smoothie was horrible! It tasted as if it was watered down and I could barely taste the strawberry in it! I don't have any plans on returning to this establishment and it is unfortunate since I work in the Farmington Shoppes.

We stopped in here after a class at Cyclebar. My body needed some nourishment after my first class. Staff is amazingly helpful. There’s so much to choose from. I felt so healthy slurping down the smoothie. All fresh ingredients!
