Service was good. The food on the other hand was disgusting. Ordered a family bucket or whatever it's called. Whatever was in that bucket should not be labeled chicken nor should it have been $40. There is no way possible that Family Bucket should cost more than $10 or $15

This is a KFC and Taco Bell combo location. Getting into and out of the drive through was simple. The food came out pretty fast. I placed an order online for a Taco Bell pick up but wanted to add one thing from KFC while I was at the drive through. I was able to do that seamlessly. I ordered a famous bowl which had mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and fried chicken tenders. The only downfall was, the chicken tasted stale and soggy chewy; I'm used to it being crispy and tender. Other than that, service was friendly.

Claim to be open until 11pm, but at 6pm they're out of dark, two pieces of extra crispy left, tried to substitute regular, still no dark option. Second time to visit on a Sunday night and same bad, overcooked chicken. Will not return to this store.

Real good food costumer service great they refilled the Baja blast for me. The urinal spray back is real good gets my legs real clean. Me and the boys get a booth and have some fun ?.
Worst service possible. Every time I go here there is something wrong with my order, something missing from my order, or some food I didn't order at all. Staff don't care or bother to tell you there may be a wait after you've paid. You'll sit in the drive through for 20 minutes at the window and no body will let you know what's happening or how long it will take. Drive through is one lane so after waiting 20 or 30 minutes you aren't even able to leave until you get to the window. Manager cuts corners and delegates poorly so that the staff is confused and behind schedule all the time. This happens every single time I go here. One time I ordered mashed potatoes and was given Mac and cheese. When I went into the store to have it replaced, the manager wouldn't talk to me. She had a staff member tell me that they were out ofashed potatoes. So instead of asking if I wanted to substitute they just gave me Mac and cheese hoping I wouldn't notice and wouldn't come back. I was given no apology but they did give me a coupon for a free taco next time I order. This coupon is useless because I won't ever order food from here again. Please fire the management staff and actually train the employees to do their job correctly and I will be happy to try again some day.

The men's bathroom is disgusting. The urinal looks like it hasn't been able to flush for months. The bathroom smells worse than any bathroom anywhere should smell. Also my son and I both got lunch there the other day and we had multiple different items. We both were pretty sick within an hour and it lasted over night. Not a good place to eat

Went to pick up chicken bucket meal on a saturday at 730 pm. They said they couldnt do a 16 piece or a 12 piece. They had no chicken. I go your a chicken place and have no chicken. He said they only had enough for maybe a 4 piece dinner.So now stuck in drive thru and couldnt get out. When finally got out we went to somewhere else to eat.. not the girst time this has happened. The not so funny thing is they close at midnight..

I went there drive through and ordered the new hot wings just the wings no meal.I go to pay and they tried to over charge me by 5 dollars when I told them the sign said 4.99 the man was like the price is the price then walked away.I told him when he came back to the drive thru it's clearly 4.99 thats what it says on our menu board he wouldn't get the manager and was like I'm not changing the price for you so you want the food.I will never go back even the meal doesn't cost that much

I would have given food a higher rating, because it is tasty, however, typically they don't have the food. For example, tonight they didn't have the $20 box, chicken wings or white meat chicken. How does KFC, Kentucky Fried CHICKEN, not have chicken. Service is very poor, a bunch of kids who don't care. I've gone at least 5 times in the past two months and it's always the same.It's sad, really.
