The staff is nice and the food is good. If you plan on going in the summer be prepared for a 100 + degree blast of heat inside as the a/c never works. This is a smaller McDonalds franchise with more regular hours, but it's handy for us, the staff at the drive thru window is always friendly, and the food comes out quick and hot.
Always a mistake with my orders and i dont do anything custom. Today they forgot my daughters toy in her happy meal and my Coke is pure seltzer. It takes forever to get my food every time. The staff have the personality of a goldfish. I live in Collinsville and will drive past this McDonalds to go to the Avon location. Never again!
